Large apartment, nice bathrooms, kitchen had what we needed to make light meals, nice lounge for doing laundry\watching TV. Liked having access to some extra bed linens, towels and fans in the lounge. Apartment and lounge were clean. Breakfast was at a cafeteria about one block away with good selection of food and beverages. Location was great, right on a major tram line and very near the subway line. Many grocery stores within a block or two.

Our balcony was actually a patio since we were on the first floor and it was not at all maintained or clean. Would recommend skipping paying for a balcony. Would have been helpful to have more direction on how to use the washer and dryer, and dryer was not effective. Living room “bed” was very uncomfortable. Staff helped when needed but seemed a little put out by it.

- The city neighborhood doesn't feel great and safe, especially at night. - There was no shower soap left. - Leaving the room to go to the breakfast (in another building across the street) was a bit impractical, but not really an issue.

Excellent value for money paid. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Dishwashing machine, coffee machine with several capsules, washing machine in the lounge for free. Lounge access where you have kids play area, pc for doing some business and can have some guests/business meetings. Keyless property, turned to be very convenient-you can’t loose the key, just have to remember the access codes. Very good transport connections-tram stop in front of the building (tram going to city center) and bus stop in 2 minutes walk.

The room was very big and comfortable. We were two adults and two children (11 and 14) - it felt completely perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and surprisingly - so was the sofa bed. the kitchen has everything we needed. The access is very easy with codes. Everything was so clean and nice. There is a tram stop right next to the apartment, taking you to the Opera and to the Prater. And another 400 meters - another tram stop. Both trams have good connections with U-bahn. There is Lidle very close and another smaller supermarket right next to the building + a fuels station, since nothing else works on sundays :) The kids loved it so much, that they wanted to go again just for the stay.

The WiFi did not work for us. We were provided with Password, but the network required log in with your mail, and this window, never worked. I have send question, but got an authomatic reply with the same information I already had.

The Apartment was very conveniently situated near the tram station which connects the train station and all city centres. There was a small supermarket nearby and some kebab stores. So, if you want to cook your meal or want to grab a quick bite, both are easy. The apartment has a self check-in facility which was just convenient for us. The room was well lit, very spacious, the kitchenette was well stocked. Additionally, they had a lounge facility on the ground floor for the early check-in. In such cases you can wait in the lounge : it was a play corner for children, seating arrangements, a tv, a dining table, a work corner, washing machines and a kitchenette ( not stocked ). For us, we reached early and till 15:00 ( check-in) we waited very comfortably in the lounge.

Situated very near to tram station and nearby many supermarkets, convenient. This apartment is clean, and kitchen is well equipped. At the entrance floor, there is a room with washing machine and dryer and you could comfortably waiting your check in time or after check out. Please note there is no reception here, you'll get your access code only on the day of check in.

It will be good if I can contact Jimmy's apt via WhatsApp especially if I facing problem during check in.

Location is great, public transportation and shops are nearby, however the street is quite quiet and peaceful. Place was very clean and beautiful. Access and check-in/check-out was contact-free and very smooth. Very good customer service.

Kitchen was missing scissors, sofa bed in the living-room was a bit worn out which made sleeping on it a little uncomfortable (possible that the sleeping part of the sofa is originally already uneven with a lower middle part. Was disappointing that the room was not exactly the same as in the pictures and the space was quite small since the sofa was done for a bed and there was not a lot of room left (with 4 people staying there).

Very spacious and very clean. The bed was really good. The location was really good, easy access to public transport. A lot of grocery stores are very close(lidl, aldi, profi) and also a few fast food joints and a 2 gas stations opened non-stop. The room was really quiet, even though you could see the tram from the window, the sound isolation was amazing. You could also set your temperature to however you like it, from desert hot to arctic cold. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need .

There were the small details that lowered our rating. There was no hand soap, we only had one shower towel and the closet, even though very big, it lacked shelves and did not have enough hangers to compensate for that. The breakfast was of very good quality, but poor in options. Just 3 types of cold cuts (the same cold curs every day), 3 types of cheese (the same 3 types everyday). Vegetables and fruits weren’t that many to choose from. The sweets, like pastry were good, but after 3 days there were none anymore.

The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a Hofer (Aldi if you are from Ireland) only a 4 minute walk from the appartment and also a BILLA. There is a kebab shop very close called mis kebap this place was fabulous, really good food from there. Also the train station was only a 5 minute walk from the appartment which was another bonus. There was a place for us to leave our luggage on the last day after check out until we were heading to the airport.

Great location - although not in the city center, the tram stop is just in front of the building and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center. The property has been recently renovated and everything is brand new. Very clean.

There are two entrance codes - one for the main door of the building and one for the appartement door. We were sent only the appartement door code and we thought that it was one code for both doors. We arrived late in the evening and we could not enter the building however the staff responded and sent us the right code. Just pay attention that you have received 2 codes. The coffee machine is a Nespresso business machine and you cannot buy such capsules anywhere in Vienna. We tried in 2 Nespresso shops and they told us that we can buy only online or order on the phone which is not comfortable if you are a company of 3 coffee lovers.
