The breakfast was great. My only suggestion would be to put the pancake station in a different area, as it seems to create major congestion. The jets in the hot tub weren't working, but it was still hot. Probably just need some minor repairs. The pool was warm and clean. When we asked for more towels, they were brought right away. The whole staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our first time there very much. Nice, good sized comfortable beds. All in all, double thumbs up.

Again, the pancake station could somehow be separate from the rest of the breakfast area, to keep the line moving more efficiently.

The staff was so kind and went beyond to help us! The room is very clean. Everything was convenient loved where it was located could walk to all the attractions etc. probably one of the best places I stayed because of the work staff having had such good service like that in a long time a great big, thank you to all of them

Of course everything so expensive when you’re trying to do things with children but it’s that way everywhere. I did have to cancel one of my nights there so it seemed like staying one night was extra but it all worked out. I think they have to do what they have to do.

A gentleman working the night of our stay let me know that the hot cookies ended early that evening and to try and come back around or before 6pm next time which I understood. While I was leaving to the elevator with my 3 year old son who was interested in having one of their cookies, the man approached us and asked if my son was the one interested in having one, and he said that he would bake some cookies for us and to return in 20 minutes. We did just that and he was awfully kind to go out of his way, just above and beyond to bake more. My son was very excited to receive his cookie and was excited to get back to our room and eat it. That one encounter alone made this experience exceptional. What may seem like a small gesture, was huge to my son and I. I appreciate that man for making my sons first hotel experience at a beach an incredible one. The rest of our stay was great, the room was so comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. The options to choose from for a 3 year old and as a pregnant person was honestly great. I do feel this is one of the nicer and more affordable places to stay in seaside. Lastly, my top 3 favorite things about this hotel is the AC in the rooms. So luxurious. Will be back soon to celebrate the gender of our next baby in the next month!

My family and I visited from Washington State we decided to stay here because of the good reviews and I must say I was impressed when we arrived and welcome by staff member Deborah who was great incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.The rooms were clean and comfortable with convenient location to the beach-restaurants and shopping. We are looking forward to our nice visit ❤️

Included hot breakfast was very good. Fresh made cookies at night were a great bonus. Very good location to the best part of Seaside. Easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the Aquarium.

The whirlpool spa jets weren't working. They allow dogs and the people in the room next to us left their dog in the room and he didn't bark, but he whined and whimpered every 5 minutes. Not sure I would stay at a dog friendly hotel again.

While not oceanfront, it was a great location on the river and in the heart of downtown Seaside- easy walk to the beach/ promenade and right across the street from the convention center. It was surprisingly clean and modern- I have found that most affordable coastal hotels are run down so this was much better!

It was pretty loud- but it’s a family friendly place, so no big deal.

I liked the selection of oatmeal, fruit, and bread. The staff was friendly and responsive in a timely manner. Our room was huge and nicely laid out. This was one of the quietest hotels I’ve been to. The continuous fan option helped a lot. We were right next to the elevator and ice machine and weren’t bothered by the noise at all. We loved the outdoor fire pits.

I would have liked to have had alternative milk such as almond, oat, or soy. I wish our room had a window that opened to let in fresh air as it was pretty stuffy. A kitchen would have been a nice bonus.

Loved the 2 king sized beds in the room that were very comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had many hot and cold items to choose from.

The hot tub was small, I had to wait awhile for people to leave so I could use it. The beds were a little high off the ground.

Perfect place to spend the night passing through Seaside. This place is easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Clean and comfortable.

The breakfast stations were not refilled regularly. It was a bit sparse.

The location was great. Staff were super friendly. The free breakfast was delicious. We loved the large comfy beds and the bedroom layout.

We needed more towels in the bedroom. Pool was a little cold. Other than than that we were very satisfied and would highly recommend!
