Lovely Hotel and room was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Beautiful grounds and pond/fountain. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

I could hear everything from the room next door. From late evening and in the morning, I was woken on both times by the neighbours. I was so looking forward to enjoying the peace and quiet from the room when the neighbours left..it was beautiful..until straight after they left (9:30), the cleaner came to clean that room and all I could hear now was the floorboards again and noise. I came out to the countryside for peace and quiet. The walls are very thin. I’ve stayed in approx 200 hotels since lockdown as I travel with my work and this is one of the noisiest from the neighbour room.

Set up was nice. Breakfast was lovely, i mean really lovely had fab weather so had it Al fresco! Lovely little pond and nice set up. Staff friendly - although a little extra training would be good (bar staff). Breakfast team lovely and cleaning lady also lovely.

Booking.com messed our booking up, we booked a family of four room, Sent to room 10, lovely room, but only 3 beds, got moved to a pair of room downstairs, wasn't as nice, which was a shame. Booking.com not great, I complained 3times and hear nowt back. Made a pint of cider and took ages and was a flat as a f*rt but I felt bad so drank half and left the rest lol.

Stayed in Stallingborough Grange previously on a number of occasions so knew it was great. It was all a bit last minute due to a family emergency so arrived after midnight. Thats was catered for. good nights sleep, great breakfast in the morning and back to hospital with no fuss. We highly recommend Stallingborough Grange and will stay there when in Grimsby again.

Nothing at all - Very Good. What's not to like. Accommodated a very late arrival, good nights sleep and super breakfast. Top Drawer.

All the meals at the Hotel were great, breakfast was made to order so the food was always hot. Evening meals were excellent with good portions and cooked to perfection.

We had a room with walk in shower, which was what we asked for, but the pressure of the shower was poor and there was not one shelf in the entire bathroom to put any thing, this was a major inconvience with having to put shampoo, gel etc on the floor. Even the sink had nowhere to put toothpaste, shaving gear etc. But it was immaculately clean all over.

Rooms were nice but would have appreciated the family room having a king size and twin bed option, rather than 2 king size. Function room for the wedding venue was beautiful as was the outside area.

Staff member was very passively rude and dismissive. Slamming doors shut to prevent wedding guests from being able to access the main bar from outside, whistling loudly in the bar when people were trying to have conversations and just generally had a demeanour of not enjoying his job or the satisfaction of the customers he was serving. Room was terribly warm and no fans available to cool it down.

Beautiful place, clean and really nice pub and restaurant, polite staff and helpful, even though there was a function going on you couldn't hear it from the room

was a little noisy in the room next to the stairs, everyone up and down and banging doors till 2 O'clock in morning, not a lot can do about that, pictures on booking.com wasn't anything like the room we paid for

We met up with friends, also staying at the hotel, for dinner the first night- 7 of us and a 7 month old baby. Meal wAs beautifully cooked and served by friendly staff who helped kick our weekend off

We came for a Wedding held in the hotel. Arrived Friday night, very good dinner, Saturday breakfast was very good - choice of fruits and cereals etc followed by cooked to order hot dishes. Food at the Wedding was excellent with staff all on top form. Sunday morning breakfast was a sad help yourself buffet affair. Such a let down! Only as good as your last meal guys!!!

Really comfortable room. Was very warm though with the radiators on full blast and could not turn off the bathroom one. I prefer a cooler room but perhaps the guest before me wanted it higher

Beautiful menu but I felt it was limited for choice for those watching their fat intake. Would have liked to see some more healthier options on the menu. The food was absolutely delicious though .

Very clean. Comfy bed and good TV Nice bar area. Nice breakfast area. Lovely garden and traditional cottagey feel. Staff helpful and accommodating

Shower upstairs room exceptionally noisey, probably due to low water pressure and in need of pump. Room very warm, even though heating turned off. Decor a bit bland and dated furniture in one of our rooms.

The fact that I had booked and paid for a room with two kingsize beds and I was given a room with a King and a single bed, I went to reception and asked for what I had paid for - not ok . It was rectified promptly but not ok being given a down grade. Some people would not feel confident to challenge this , please ensure people get what they pay for
