The location is ideal for the beach, the town centre, and the station. Just yards off the front main road which made it great for being near everything but quiet at night. The landlady is very cheerful and welcoming always asking if everything ok.

My room although very clean tidy and well decorated was on the very top so difficult to climb up and down stairs, maybe should have requested a room nearer the ground floor, will know next time. Just one small quirk about the breakfast, the toast came ready buttered never seen that in all the places I have stayed, would have preferred to butter my own, but everything else on breakfast fine.

Jo, the landlady was super friendly and welcoming from the moment you stepped through the door to when you left. Breakfast was perfectly cooked and just the right size, perfect start to the day. The location is great close to the beach,pier and to plenty of pubs and eateries. The b & b itself is clean, cosy and the bed super comfy, the chocolates on the tea tray was a lovely touch. We were also told where we could find more milk if needed and to help ourselves. We were visiting family in cleethorpes, this would definitely be our first choice, when we next go for a visit.

That we only stayed one night. We would have liked to stay a little longer. If I had to pick one thing that wasn't great (and it's a small thing) was that parking was on the street, but it was free and we did get a spot just opposite the b & b, so not a major negative. Wouldn't stop us from going back.

Great location, Jo was extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was brilliant, with great quality bacon and sausage, and cooked perfectly. We knew the breakfast at the MallowView was rated highly, and we would 100% agree! If we ever return to cleethorpes, the MallowView would be our choice!

We don't usually book hotels with a shared bathroom, but as this was last minute on a May Bank Holiday weekend, this was all the availability we could find. We were super happy to find that there was a small shower on our room, so only the toilet facility was shared. I am a light sleeper, so I was disturbed a couple of times in the night due to other guests walking / closing doors, but that isn't the hotels fault. My partner wasn't disturbed but could sleep through an earthquake.

What a lovely lady Jo is :-) I felt very at home here and the property was so cosy and welcoming. My room was lovely and had everything I needed. Parking was easy too as there is a public car park directly behind the property. I'd had a rough day before travelling and arrived later than planned but nothing was a problem and that cheered me up no end. It can be a bit un-nerving travelling alone but I have really enjoyed my little trip and would thoroughly recommend Mallowview.

Although I knew before I booked and was OK with it the rooms would be better en suite as it means getting dressed in middle of night if needing the bathroom which is not ideal for children or older people

Jo was superb, helpful and very friendly. She carried my case to and from my room when I arrived and departed (because of my health issues)

Another customer got very loud and rowdy one night, made a lot of noise and disturbed the others guests. This could not be helped and no fault of the staff who handled the matter.

Loved it all . Nice room lovely bath in morning plenty of cleaning products if you wanted to use any. Great breakie and lovely host. Good location and would and will be going back

Only down side was opposite hotel had flags that in the wind made a noise which could affect light sleepers(like myself) but not mallowviews fault

The hotel was lovely. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was just across the hallway, the breakfast was tasty. It was down a quiet side street, across the road from a nice park which was just up a set of steps to the prom. I parked in the road out the front so didn't have to worry about finding a carpark. The land lady Jo is lovely very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Jo is a lovely lady, nothing too much trouble. The room was lovely and clean. Full English breakfast made to order was plentiful, kept us going until the evening.. thank you for a lovely stay. Will stay again if in the area.

Breakfast amazing tasty and lots of choice and very quick .the owner was very pleasant and helpful with knowledge of the area and restaurants .we will fetch family nx time too as they hv the single room nearby .

Not a problem for us .as it can't be rectified I imagine .we were on top floor and water pressure in shower. But like I said not a problem as at least we hd the facilities within the room which is a bonus xxxx
