Booked for my elderly Mum and Dad. They loved the room and facilities, location was excellent. Breakfast was superb and the housekeeper lady was very helpful and friendly to them, would definitely book for them again in the future. 10/10.

Great hotel, very clean and good central location. The check in process was very straightforward and the hotel staff were very communicative via message, asking if there was anything we needed and to let them know if we had any questions or issues. The room was very clean. We didn’t have the free breakfast but the kitchen and dinning area was very well kept and lots of choices of things to eat. We were able to make use of the free car park in the back which has 5 spaces. However there is another car park facing the hotel (2 min walk). We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Brilliant location, extremely close to the seafront. Bathroom was pristine, large and could not fault it. The whole room was spotless. The Gentleman serving breakfast was very polite and attentive. Communication from the hotel before arrival was very good and we needed to contact staff whilst we were staying, for some help and they were very understanding and came to our assistance very quickly. Can't recommend enough.

The chairs on the balcony were both worn and could do with replacing and the net curtain to the balcony door was also a bit damaged and worn but not a big deal at all in the grand scheme of what was a lovely, pristine room in a very well kept and clean hotel.

Everything. Nice hotel, nice room, comfy bed, slept amazingly, good bathroom. Bonus having a fridge in the room plus complimentary bottles of water and great tea tray with hot chocolate. Breakfast was superb and wasn’t expecting a cooked/ buffet breakfast. Brilliant location and literally less than a minute walk to the sea front. Could smell it was freshly cleaned before our arrival. When we walked into the breakfast room we had a warm welcome and was immediately offered a cup of tea/ coffee. Our room had an entrance hall which made it feel more private. Although we had a room at the front of the property near the road, we didn’t hear a thing and literally almost slept as soon as head touched the pillows. Photos and reviews were good online but it was so much better than we anticipated. Liked having a table and small table by the window to enjoy a cuppa in the morning. Lots of good little touches that made the difference. Having a fridge, iron, hair dryer and complimentary soap etc. having the tv, music on quietly in the breakfast room made it feel even more comfortable.

Would have been nice to maybe have a bench at the front to sit out in the sunshine in the morning but appreciate there were arm chairs in the room so it was not an issue but if there was an ideal, that would be it. Perhaps the TV remote could do with a good wipe over but that is the same at most hotels and is easily over looked. Honestly, no grumbles, it was a great room and a great stay.

Lovely little room. Very clean. Mini fridge for our personal use plus tea/coffee making facilities, iron/ironing board and hair dryer all provided in the room. Easy access in and out of the property with your own access code to retrieve your room key. Lovely home cooked breakfast before we checked out. Reasonable priced car park on the next street from the hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to re-book if we are ever back in the area.

The only little tiny negative was the very heavy thick warm duvet on the bed. We were very lucky to have beautiful weather during our stay but the duvet alongside sharing a bed with my 9 year old made it a very warm sticky night. Perhaps a lighter quilt with the option of additional blankets if required would be better.

Very easy self check in with someone just a phone call away if needed. The hotel is in a fantastic location it's a 5 minute walk from the train station and close to everything we needed during our stay. We had room 5 which was lovely and the bed was so comfortable, the mattress and all bedding had lovely clean thick protectors on which personally is a massive bonus for me. The breakfast was also amazing with a little something for everyone whether it's a cooked breakfast or something a little lighter and The gentleman working hard in the kitchen couldn't have been more attentive. We have already decided that we want to stay again and thank you again for a lovely stay and a delicious breakfast

The only suggestion i would make is maybe having a designated Ashtray for the smokers outside on the road in front of the hotel you can see where everyone has thrown their cigarette butts. Thankfully i carry a portable ashtray with me but unfortunately not all people do.

Lovely hotel, not far from the train station, the pier the beach and most amusement. The room was lovely and clean and came with complimentary tea and coffee. The hotel is a self check in hotel but I found that to not be an obstacle at all as the hotel staff were prepared and gave us all the necessary information before hand. The breakfast was nice there is a lot of selection such as hot food and pastries all on a self serve basis. We didn't really interact with much staff but there was a very friendly gentleman who was serving hot drinks at breakfast and a polite lady. Basically everyone at cleethorps are very polite and friendly

It's close to a lot of amenities but when I wanted to visit the boating lake I found it was a bit of a walk but that's no fault to the hotel itself

Everything, it was a comfy room, good location, had a TV, Fridge and ensuite. A comfy bed, very clean and very good value for money.

I only had breakfast one morning and although it was OK, it wasn't really to my taste. I wouldn't complain though as it was included in the price and the hotel was wonderful otherwise. I'm also sure, the staff would definitely address any issues you had however as I was there for work and had to be off for a 7.15 start and breakfast was served from 7, I couldn't spare the time and it wasn't an issue for me to just wait for my lunch.

Excellent location, a short walk to the beach and the center. Hotel was very clean. Our room was very clean and the en suit was a bonus lovely shower. The bed was really comfortable had a great nights sleep and the room had a fan and an iron and ironing board as a bonus. Its the little things that made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was lovely and very helpful its a lovely family run hotel. I can't comment on the breakfast as we slept in. Overall this hotel is a 10/10 excellent value for money.

I honestly couldn't find a fault.

The property was exactly what I needed as I was travelling for work and needed somewhere that I could stay for the night, be safe and able to do a little bit of work. Had great communication from the venue, who called to explain that it was a self serve check-in and told me exactly how to access the property and where to find the codes on my messages from Booking.com. When was exactly what you needed – comfortable, safe, all the facilities needed (Shower/kettle/bed/wifi) with additional useful items such as hairdryer & iron. The location was absolutely perfect – I don’t think you could get a better spot in Cleethorpes. There was off-road parking on the street so I didn’t require the use of the parking at the rear of the hotel.

I was a little unsure about what to do at checkout – didn’t know if I was supposed to take a key to somebody or just put it back in the key safe. This wasn’t a particular problem, just the only thing that made me have to ask a question about. The venue was exactly what I needed for the purpose of my stay and there was nothing to not like. The only reason I haven’t given a 10 is because it’s just a lovely little B and B, nothing exceptional or extraordinary and I think that having a staff member on site would have been a little more reassuring in case there was anything needed during the stay.
