Lovely hotel, not far from the train station, the pier the beach and most amusement. The room was lovely and clean and came with complimentary tea and coffee. The hotel is a self check in hotel but I found that to not be an obstacle at all as the hotel staff were prepared and gave us all the necessary information before hand. The breakfast was nice there is a lot of selection such as hot food and pastries all on a self serve basis. We didn't really interact with much staff but there was a very friendly gentleman who was serving hot drinks at breakfast and a polite lady. Basically everyone at cleethorps are very polite and friendly

It's close to a lot of amenities but when I wanted to visit the boating lake I found it was a bit of a walk but that's no fault to the hotel itself

Everything, it was a comfy room, good location, had a TV, Fridge and ensuite. A comfy bed, very clean and very good value for money.

I only had breakfast one morning and although it was OK, it wasn't really to my taste. I wouldn't complain though as it was included in the price and the hotel was wonderful otherwise. I'm also sure, the staff would definitely address any issues you had however as I was there for work and had to be off for a 7.15 start and breakfast was served from 7, I couldn't spare the time and it wasn't an issue for me to just wait for my lunch.

The property was exactly what I needed as I was travelling for work and needed somewhere that I could stay for the night, be safe and able to do a little bit of work. Had great communication from the venue, who called to explain that it was a self serve check-in and told me exactly how to access the property and where to find the codes on my messages from Booking.com. When was exactly what you needed – comfortable, safe, all the facilities needed (Shower/kettle/bed/wifi) with additional useful items such as hairdryer & iron. The location was absolutely perfect – I don’t think you could get a better spot in Cleethorpes. There was off-road parking on the street so I didn’t require the use of the parking at the rear of the hotel.

I was a little unsure about what to do at checkout – didn’t know if I was supposed to take a key to somebody or just put it back in the key safe. This wasn’t a particular problem, just the only thing that made me have to ask a question about. The venue was exactly what I needed for the purpose of my stay and there was nothing to not like. The only reason I haven’t given a 10 is because it’s just a lovely little B and B, nothing exceptional or extraordinary and I think that having a staff member on site would have been a little more reassuring in case there was anything needed during the stay.

Checked in as soon as we arrived , given our key , breakfast times explained, as different times during weekends/ bank holidays and during the week. ( we stayed during the weekend & in the week) . The lady on the desk was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious , clean , everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lovely fresh fluffy towels in the bathroom , toiletries if you require them .Again, it's spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable, had a good night's sleep, and we had a fan, which helped during our stay as it was so hot. Breakfast, wow ! Everything you wanted , from a cooked breakfast to fruits , toast , cereals, etc Beautifully presented , you help yourself, but the lovely lady who cooks everything from fresh goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you want , including asking what hot beverages you would like with your breakfast. It tastes delicious, and the atmosphere whilst eating breakfast is pleasant and so relaxing . The location of the burlington Hotel is just perfect , a few minutes walk from cleethorpes station , town centre and seafront. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants to eat out in , ice cream , candly floss , and a perfect beach for children and adults ! To play on . My husband & I stayed as visiting family , and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and staying at the burlington Hotel made everything just perfect . We would definitely stay again . A big thank you to The burlington Hotel for making our break so enjoyable and relaxing .

Nothing , everything was perfect.

The location was great, close to the sea front and restaurants. The staff were friendly, I thought it was just a continental breakfast however they did do a small hot plate too which was plenty for us. The room was a clean small double which was fine for my daughter and me for a couple of nights. There was bottle water, tea and coffee facilities, which was replenished during our stay.

The parking is pot luck, there is a small car park at the back of the hotel and limited car parking out the front, though the hotel did say to call them just before we arrived to see where we could park. It was a little noisy in the morning but didn’t put us off staying there again. Note to check the fridge if you put anything in there, the light was on but the temp was too low and the food we had went off!

Location, friendly staff & very clean

Arrived towards the end of breakfast & there was no sausages left. Had to settle for toast & bacon. Surely if breakfast is advertised as available from 7-9 am then everything should be available that whole time.

It was clean from top to bottom, smelt lovely. I had never used a self check in before and was a bit sceptical but actually it worked very well. Breakfast was above and beyond expectations. Bed was so comfortable, as were the pillows, the room itself was spacious and had everything you needed. I loved the extra door when entering the room i think this probably shut out a lot of potential noise. That staff we did come across in the morning were lovely and friendly. 10/10

I literally didn't dislike anything.

Perfect location, 2 minutes from beach & central for everything. Friendly welcome on arrival. Nice room, plenty of drawer & wardrobe space. Bathroom had a corner shower, heated towel rail everything lovely & clean. Room had a fridge, bottles of water a nice touch, hairdryer, comfy bed, nice white bedding & towels. Bonus was hot food at breakfast as well as continental of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, croissants, toast etc ably provided by the lovely staff (Mum & Daughter) who also serviced the rooms to a high standard, many thanks to them. No space in hotel car park & as was Armed Services weekend it was extremely busy, but good parking 2 minutes away in Yarra Road literally opposite the hotel £6 for the day. Overall an excellent stay & would recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Cleethorpes.

I went to see a show hence only staying the one night at this hotel but I can certainly recommend this hotel it was lovely. The location is a thrown stone away from all the local amenities. The hotel itself is spotless and had everything you need including toiletries in the bathroom which wasnt ecpected.The rooms are bigger than average and the bed were extremely comfortable. The lady on reception was really welcoming and could not do enough for you as well as been very attentive at breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will certainly be coming back. My only comment and it's not a complaint as I will certainly be going back is the breakfast times. The breakfast room is small and we all went down at the same time hence one couple had to wait. But maybe giving people time slots would help you in this area by asking people what time they would like once one time was full move to another slot. As I said its not a complaint just a suggestion to help you. Keep up the good work its a fantastic hotel and well worth a visit.

We have stayed here before and needing to be in Cleethorpes for one night, visiting family for a couple of days, we booked again. As before we found the hotel excellent for our needs - clean, comfortable, a good breakfast, economical, and staff very friendly and helpful. Yes, there are hotels with better facilities but you pay for them. We'd come back here again if we just needed an inexpensive place to stay which provided a clean comfortable room and a tasty breakfast, all with a friendly smile and a parking space!

Very little indeed ! Perhaps only no red button/text service on the TV. All else was very good and as we expected!
