The TV was not working, but they had it fixed the same day. The accommodations made us feel as though we were at home. It was great to be practically right across the street from the White House.

Since this was a vacation, it didn't feel quite right that we had to throw our trash away, take time to wash our towels. While this was a minor inconvenience, it's nothing that would prevent us from visiting the Woodward again.

Everything was very clean and the location was amazing

It says that it can fit 5 people but that’s a lie. It has a couch in the living room but it’s not a bed, so it’s super uncomfortable and whoever “sleeps” there is gonna have a bad time

Just right for staying a few days near the National Mall, White House and all the famous museums you want to visit. The apartment is spacious and well equipped for a digital nomad stay, including a proper kitchen for self catering if you wish. Location: just a couple of blocks from museums and famous buildings, close to subway station. A couple of bars/cafes within a block, otherwise it's a short walk to more shops, eateries and mini markets. It's in an area of offices, hotels and official buildings, rather than nightlife. Make use of the rooftop terrace for good views.

Can't beat this location. We could walk to everything! Also, super convenient layout to have two separate bedrooms and a pull out couch. Better than a hotel for our family dynamics.

The furnishings were a little cheap (low end dressers). Also, there wasn't a blanket left for pull out sofa... just sheets. In addition we had to buy extra toilet paper since we were staying several days and not left enough.

Very sumptuous property and beautiful apartments. Toiletries and so forth provided. Plenty of towels. Wonderful staff and spacious rooms. Plenty of hot water and excellent facilities.

Everything was terrific; the mattress was a little soft for my taste but that may suit some people.

It was nice, clean, and had lots of space. It was a quick walk to the Metro station, and the on-site staff was very friendly. I recommend it and would definitely stay here again when in Washington.

The WiFi was out during my stay.

The property has absolutely everything you might need, plus it was clean, cozy and warm. The location is great, 3 min walk to the White House. Many nice bars and restaurants around. Check-in is very easy — we just picked up our keys at the concierge desk and we didn’t have to schedule time meet the host.

location was good. large closets with hangers. had a washer & dryer but we did not have need of them this time. A good selection of kitchen dishes and pans. could have used a bowl so we used one of the pots. Cheesecake Factory is next door.

in one of the bathrooms the vanity lights did not work. I called soon after we arrived and the maintenance staff did come the next day and replace the bulbs. They also left bulbs because two of the bedroom lamps did not have working bulbs. We discovered it was not a bulb but a bad switch that was the problem in one lamp. also the tv in the bedroom did not work and one of the remotes had no batteries. but we did not have time to watch tv.

Great location and spacious 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Convenience of washer dryer.

Some small maintenance issues like light bulbs out, toilet paper holder broken etc but overall clean apartment.

Location was great and we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. Also close to the Metro station which made getting to the airport for our flight out simple. Having a Cheesecake shop so close was an unexpected pleasure.
