Our stay was great. The hotel was very nice, quiet inside and clean! However, downtown Greenville was a mad house! 6 Weddings going on across the street and people were everywhere and we could not park to get into hotel lobby to check in! Had no idea where to park because you had to have a hotel keycard to get into the parking. Had to walk a long way to get checked in.

Getting checked in and parking! Needs to be more specific about check in and parking! We had no idea what to do and sooooo many people and traffic right at the hotel!

Professional Staff at the reception who would resolve any problem that may challenge you. special thanks to Zy' air who made our stay even more pleasant. The Room was perfectly clean. I was hoping to have a breakfast buffet, but Olivia in the hotel's breakfast area with her welcoming attitude and smile gave us a happy morning. Being on E-main street gives this hotel a special attribute, with all restaurants and attractions around it, that's what I'm talking about. The skating area is just behind it.

We arrived quite early , like around 11am. We asked if we can check in early. The front desk’s lady, Anna, was very attentive to our request. She was willing to check us in, but since we need a King room so we asked if she could call us as soon as she found one for us and she did. We love it when front desk staff took note what the guest requested. We also met Ethan, who also was very pleasant when we had questions. When we told them we forgot out toothbrushes/toothpaste, they brought it to our room right away even when we said we were still out and didn’t need it yet. That’s what we called good customer service. Sometimes just the small things that could make our stay. Thanks again for taking good care of us. We will be back.

Quiet and comfortable ! Also, the parking garage is connected to the hotel. Made us feel safe. It didnt cost us an arm and a leg to park ($16/night)

Excellent! My daughter and I travel for the Women's basketball tournament every year. This year, we decided to make a weekend trip. This hotel was in the perfect spot for restaurants, shopping, bar, and going to the arena for the game. I have already attempted to make my reservations for next year. The staff was great and very accommodating when we inqured about something or somewhere. Will definitely be back.

A better breakfast choice!

Location is superb, Hotel staff was great, Room was clean and inviting, Workout facility was also nice and parking was easy. The restaurants attached were also excellent. Top notch in all key points for me. Would absolutely return to this property.

Being in the heart of downtown was great, only downside was each morning the cleaning crews for the city would start pretty early and were a bit noisy with their trucks. Minor inconvenience if you wanted to sleep in.

Everyone at the Marriott was very friendly and very helpful. We were able to check in early and that was wonderful. Greenville is a beautiful city and easy to walk where ever you want to go. The Marriott was centrally located to all the places you would want to visit in Greenville. We have tickets to the Peace Center and it was right across the street from the hotel.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. It was all wonderful.

I liked the location. We were able to walk around downtown and get to all of our favorite shops without having to worry about parking. Also, there are so many restaurants to choose from within a short distance that you really don't have a need for your vehicle unless you venture outside of the downtown area.

There wasn't anything that I was not satisfied with on this trip.

I would like to commend Ansley on the excellent customer service I received from her prior to my arrival. Ansley was very helpful providing information and presented a pleasant attitude. I cannot recall the employee name who was at the desk the morning of November 23rd, but she was welcoming and outstanding as well. We will return to this location when we visit Greenville in the future.

I would have appreciated having a microwave in my room. I was informed by the front desk employee on November 23rd of what I needed to do in the future to make sure I had this accommodation.

I must say the establishment is in a great location, downtown. Close to many restaurants nearby. The rooms are large and clean, and staff is always eager to help if there's any problem. friendly staff too. By the way. I didn't get a chance to take part in the bar downstairs. In the lobby, but I thought that was also convenient. I would recommend this Marriott location to others as well. It's great.

The location and room were excellent.

Paying for breakfast and $16 a day for parking was a bit much. Our room was next to an associates' only room, and the soundproofing wasn't good, you could hear everyone coming and going at every hour. I have yet to receive a receipt - I still don't know what the stay cost me.
