Check-in was seamless, self check-in was available. Room had double balconies, sunrise range into the bedroom, Mini snacks, coffee maker, teas in the room Smart TV with netflix login available. Communication with host through whatsapp available Bathroom supplies were fair (could use some small shelf close to the shower cubicle though) Cleaning is perfect. Accessibility is great.

Unfortunately bed side heater didn't work at the time, the AC couldn't do much. Walls aren't all that soundproof, sounds travel easily across the building, you might need some ear muffs or noise cancellation headphones during important calls/rest. However, still a great choice

The room was super clean, bed comfortable, space is small but enough for a couple. We have a little patio we can chill for morning coffee and late night conversations. The location is really close to the train station Milan Lambrate 5 minutes walk (to Milano Centrale around 8mins ride), and also a tram station across the street that goes direct to Duomo that takes around 30mins~ The staff is super helpful, the self check in instruction was helpful! And super quick response when we text to them on WhatsApp.

The water pressure from the shower is super slow, we had to wait for a few minutes until the hot water flows. Other than that everything was perfect!!

This was our first time in Italy and we had seen this property and it's good reviews and how clean and modern it looked. Everything was exactly like shown when we arrived. The room is large and immaculate. There is plenty of room to store cases and clothes. The bed and pillows are super comfy aswell and there are lots of facilities to make food, have coffee and a fridge to store drinks etc. The property is about a 10 min walk from the Metro line and there are plenty of pizzeria and bars/cafes nearby. Milan Centrale train station is a 40 min walk. Armando was there from when we arrived and always available to help us when needed. He is very friendly and accommodated us with leaving luggage so we could enjoy our last day in Milan. I have nothing negative to say about this property at all, it has everything you need and is super comfy and clean. There is also a tv if you fancy watching a netflix movie before bedtime! Would highly recommend!

I had a great stay at this property. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything you might need — including a TV with Netflix, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, a comfortable desk, and a bed with a truly comfortable mattress. The bathroom and antechamber were separated by a door, which was a nice touch for privacy, and there was even a lovely terrace. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from Lambrate Station. The place is beautifully furnished, modern, and extremely clean. Communication with the hosts was smooth and efficient.

The only (minor) issue I had was with the Wi-Fi signal, but honestly, everything else was perfect — I’d definitely stay here again.

I didn't like the customer service. When I booked the room it was clearly specified that there was a shuttle service to the airport. However, this was not the case. I only found out when I called to book. The staff on the phone were not very helpful. After contacting booking, I was reassured that indeed there was a service for the airport. Again, when I called to book, I was told again there was no such service, but they could assist for a fee of at least € 60. I booked my own taxi and I only paid around € 18.00. I didn't like the attitude of the person I spoke to, not very friendly or helpful

This was the best place we stayed at during our 7-location trip in Italy, shall I say it was the cheapest? The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed - including a small private terrace with cozy seating. The location was excellent (for the money): less than a 10-minute walk to the subway, which took us to all the main attractions in 20 to 40 minutes. There were also a few great local restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally helpful and even allowed us to check in early.

The room was very spacious and practical as it offered one extra space to put our luggage without any inconvenience. There were some provisions to make tea or coffee, some cereal bars and biscuits and also still and sparkling water. The cleaner lady did excellent work. The location is great. We used both the tram and the metro to get around the city effortlessly. It is worth mentioning that Armando who welcomed us was really helpful,quick to respond and kind. We felt welcomed and we left with the best of impressions. Highly recommended.

The room had everything you would need. The idea to be on whats app group where they can answer any questions you have, felt like I had a personal concierge always available to help with any questions. I had a big luggage so thank God I was assigned to a room on the ground floor so just watch out for that.

Room is a bit small so max 2 people at a time. A bit far from city center but there was tram and metro that take you there right away, so it took a bit of time to go home change in the middle of the day.

Modern chic and spacious as per the picture. A little gem finding from booking.com and a very good price considering the standard of the accommodation. 4 stops from Milan central station using the green line. The no19 tramp just outside the building brings you straight to central milan, Doumo. Andreas at reception was so helpful with info when we arrived early afternoon and allowed us to leave our luggage (as the room are not ready) and communication with him when i had problem getting into the studi suites (my own fault that is !) was excellent and speedy. So, a big shout to him to say thanks for all his help and for being a brilliant representative & credit to the company. I would definitely recommend friends to stay here when they are in Milan !
