This hotel is ideal for me as it is just a few minutes walk from Lodz Kaliska Railway Station. It is a good twenty walk from the main shopping street and is ain a pleasant quiet location. Tram stops are very close by. The breakfast buffet was amazing offering a great choice of food.

On two days the breakfast buffet was replaced by very generous plates of food for each guests. The quantity was far more than most people could eat which led to enormous quantity of waste. There must be a better way of doing breakfast.

The hotel was very clean but could have used extra pillows. Breakfast was much beyond expectations, just fabulous; the options to choose from and freshness were remarkable. The staff was very accommodating to the point that one of the desk clerks ran out to let us know that the bus we had asked about would arrive in 2 min. It was really nice of her to check the schedule and let us know about it.

Comfortable rooms with large beds and big windows overlooking the courtyard. Water cooler in the corridor for chilled water. Helpful friendly staff. Great variety and quantity of food at breakfast, which changed from day to day. Close to Kaliska station.

A bit of a walk to main tourist areas. Shower pressure weak and grout dirty. Very few sockets and bedside light only on one side.

I really appreciate the reception staff. I can't remember their names☹️ but there were two amazing young women to help me to buy train tickets to Warsaw. They were always smiling and helpful from the first moment we entered the hotel. We liked the breakfast and the general decoration too.

We didn't like the smell of the rooms (espeacially towels and bed sheets) but it was not that disturbing.

Friendly staff, clean, great sauna, perfect location for Audioriver (music festival on Błonia Łódzkie), but also close enough to Piotrkowska.

Terrible touch buttons in the elevators that did not work or took quite a while to register. A bit on the pricier side, but looks like that was driven up by the music festival.

This hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood just 5 minutes walk from Lodz Kaliska railway station. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel but the line does not go to the city centre. The main street with a vast range of restaurants, bars and shops is twenty minutes walk away, the city centre around thirty minutes walk. The hotel is well equipped and the breakfast buffet excellent. If you want to be at the heart of everything stay somewhere else. If you are a discerning guest who likes tranquility stay here.

Very good breakfast. Freshly squeezed juices were a nice touch. Also water containers on every floor to refill your bottles for free is a very good idea. Good location for Audio River festival / Atlas Arena concerts participants.

Prices are obviously higher when there is a concert nearby but still it’s pretty good value for money.

The water machine was a great help when you're doinging several things at a time and all you want to do in your room is relax without any extra worries.

The price was a bit more than I wanted to pay but since I was in a tight spot and the location was good, I decided to go with this hotel in the end.

I was studying for a test during my stay, and asked for a quiet room, the staff was super nice, and gave me a free room upgrade. The bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Lots of choices for breakfast. Highly recommend.

Nice service, good location with easy access to city senter and all most famus place in Lodz, train and bus in front of hotel. Good and safety parking. Nice service and good hotel history. Clean and very comfortable hotel. Nice design room.

Not a good isolated room, when we was it was Judish trip that was very nosy all the night. Then in early morning they leaving hotel in very nosy way. It nice to have more then only TVP channels.
