The staff is the highlight of the establishment. The cleaners were friendly, the service staff at the Mezze restaurant, especially Olga, were wonderful and took care of personal details. The staff at the spa were also wonderful and were accommodating, friendly, and attentive to our needs.

I didn't quite like that I saw some cobwebs at the corner of the room, and in the light fixtures, and that the floors weren't clean enough upon arrival. However, I do understand that due to the type of flooring, it is not easy to see dirt and sand easily, and that spiderwebs do form overnight. Therefore, it was an honest mistake, and I did address the floors and they were taken care of.

Very family friendly (loads of families with babies and very young children which some might put as a negative), abundance at breakfast, most of the staff exceptionally focused on guest’s wellbeing. Beautiful welcome and a beach bar to die for. VIP treatment for everyone. Facilities look beautiful all around.

The beach is rocky. Mezze restaurant did reject us as a walk in, with 70% of tables available. Management should allocate a little more time for room maintenance (beach sand and 3 people in a room required more time than the staff has). 20€ fee for a late check out seems a bit odd.

We had the most wonderful experience at this hotel. Our room had a stunning beach view – waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was absolutely magical. The setting couldn’t be better, and it immediately put us into holiday mode. The food was a true highlight. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had – an incredible spread with something for everyone, from fresh fruit and pastries to local Cretan specialties, all beautifully prepared. Every meal we had here was delicious, showcasing authentic flavours that made us fall in love with Cretan cuisine. The ice cream and waffles parlour on site was a huge hit, especially with my child – such a treat to have this kind of indulgence just a few steps away. The facilities are wonderfully child-friendly, making it easy to relax and enjoy family time. From thoughtful play areas to the welcoming atmosphere. Finally, the staff truly made the difference. Every single person we encountered went the extra mile to make our stay special. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality were remarkable – we felt looked after in every way. This hotel exceeded all expectations and gave us memories to treasure. We can’t wait to return!

this place was absolutely beautiful and one of the most of not the most relaxing stays we have ever had. the staff were the most friendly and welcoming people we have ever met and the food was absolutely amazing. we would 1000% recommend this stay to anyone!

there isn’t anything we can really say, the season was ending so they were closing and we didn’t get to try everything but that is no one’s fault.

The property is stunning- the beach and pool really are spectacular. Rooms are so beautiful and spacious, bathroom feels luxurious, and having a balcony is so nice. We loved the property for a 2 night stay to recover from jet lag. Honeycomb and fresh Greek yogurt alongside fresh squeezed orange juice. 5-15 minute walk to spectacular restaurants off property. I saw some negative reviews about the kids- when we stayed in late May, there were plenty of young children, but this in no way impacted my stay. Yes there are kids in the pools and sidewalks, but you can still have a romantic stay if you don’t hate kids on principle.

Food is really expensive for Crete if you book without the all inclusive. Breakfast buffet is expansive, but generally pretty so-so beyond the yogurt and fruits. 38 euro for dinner buffet- absolutely worth going elsewhere to eat if your priority is good food. Not a lot do in walking distance off location- so I imagine good for shorter stays for couples and adults.

Lots of amenities and really great spot right by the ocean with beautiful sunsets. The Italian restaurant there gives you the most romantic atmosphere by the sea. Shoutout to Manolis for his caring hospitality. Great door man and staffer!

Staff could be more attentive, allround better service can expected for 5 stars. The pools were not kept very clean. More surface level…but they are very large and makes it hard for staff.

The resort was very nicely located on a beautiful beach. There were plenty of sunbeds on the beach and a fantastic beach shack offering food and drink to the beds. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and was good quality. The beds were comfortable and the rooms a decent size.

I was disappointed with the lack of sunbeds around the pool area and the whole area became muddy with the water from the pool. The sunbeds by the other pool are just reserved for clients in the 'pool side' bungalows which seems unfair when you have a 'pool view' bungalow and you can not sit by the pool your looking at from your room because you are a floor up.

Room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The beach was also great, including the beach bar service. Although the sandy part of the cove is a little small there is a long stretch to walk along surrounding coves etc.

I think the evening lounge entertainment is nice but ends fairly early. We had to switch rooms due to availability issues and was surprised to learn not all rooms are provided with bottled water daily.

We absolutely loved the design of the hotel, each and every corner and furniture. The atmosphere is perfect, so relaxing and welcoming. The staff were super nice and helpful.

The bungalow room was so nice but we thought, according to the pictures in the booking, it would be a ground floor room and we got a first floor. We were disappointed that it was not mentioned before arriving so we would know to ask for a ground floor. Other then that everything was just perfect

Location is close to urban area (30min walking), although it feels that the property is completely surrounded by nature. Design is minimal and charming, a lot of beautiful plants everywhere. the sand beach is rocke at some areas, but there are also completely sandy areas too. the water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming, Staff ist so friendly and very supportive. I forgot my sunglasses on the beach one evening and couldn't find them in the lost and found box on the next day. But the staff member at the beach hut was so smart to search them in the bags of dirty towels from yesterday and we found them there. Thanks again! Or only issue was with the too soft bed. We prefer firm beds and this one was one of the softest we ever experienced.

The bed was much too soft. It is understandable that there cold not be an option to choose from, but it could be at least a little more firm/hard.
