From the moment I arrived, I felt certain I made the right choice. There was a lovely girl who checked me and my family in. But then the star of the show Donna showed up. As a family of 5, traveling can be crazy but Donna went above and beyond the call of duty. She made fresh cookies for my 3 kids, brought up fresh bedding for my kids, and made a breakfast care package since we were going to miss breakfast due to us getting on the road so early. The package saved our kids so much!!! Donna was amazing. The hotel was updated and clean. The pool was clean and the perfect size for my family. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well, and it was strong, especially in the 95-degree heat. The bed was on the hard side, which was perfect for me and my family. We slept amazingly. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

We loved how friendly the staff was as well as how clean it was. They provide soda all day which we thought was pretty cool. Our kids loved the pool area. The hotel is in a convenient area if you don’t want to be directly in St. Louis. Tons of food options around even right next door with a pub. My husband’s favorite part was Bass Pro at a walking distance right on the other side of the pub. The black out shades were our absolute favorite thing about the room.

The constant pot smell on our floor. I did inform a worker but I don’t know if they ever figured out who it was. It continued and was present still the morning we left. I don’t have an issue with it itself I just found it very disrespectful for the hotel and the guest staying.

Clean & comfortable. Made sure to keep a handicap room for our 1 am arrival.

Inconvenient parking behind bar/restaurant across from hotel. Appeared to be construction going on behind hotel. Small parking lot in front. With limited parking. Should also require guests to wear flip flops or sandals when coming from pool to room. Ran into children using elevator wet & barefoot. I slipped slightly on the floor. I use a cane which helped balance me. Crisis averted. But they left a wet footprint path on the tile.

Included breakfast, snacks, and beverages in the evenings were all good. In general, the facility was clean inside and outside.

The room was overall clean, but at edges and corners there was considerable dust and dirt left. The floor was also buckling/popping up in several spots. The pool was chilly for the kids. Smart tv was ok, but it was difficult to navigate if you had no experience with it. Simple cable television and local channels would have been easier all around.

The staff was so friendly. Rooms were modern, clean, & spacious. The breakfast was excellent! The pool area was so nice & stylish with a place to shower off. The location was near so many places to eat & shop. The complimentary afternoon snacks & fountain drinks were very welcoming. We LOVED our stay & will definitely be back!!!

It's hard to find fault with this place....I guess the pool could've been a little warmer. The water is soft, so it leaves a slippery feeling, but that is not the hotel's fault. Overall, our stay was exceptional!!!

I had very little complaints, everything went smoothly and I loved the cleanliness, friendly staff, bed, shower, etc. There ended up being a pullout couch along with two queen beds and that made my children very happy.

The pub next door had some thumping music but of if I had gone to bed at a decent time I don’t think it would have woke me up. The parking lot was under construction so when we got back late we had to park a bit further than we would have liked.

The hotel, itself, surprised me. It far exceeded my expectations. It appears to be new or recently updated. Whatever the case, it's very clean, pleasant staff and either next to/close to any and all eateries you can think of. They next door or in close proximity to a popular Pub but created on problem. (In fact, it's a welcoming touch after a long day or ride to have someplace near where you could unwind with friends/family and eat in a big TV screen setting. It's on a very busy street but that's not a problem nor is parking. Easy access to I-44 and I-270 expressways. Reasonably priced. I have to travel to St. Louis County from time to time but wasn't aware of this location. I'll be back!

Very clean, breakfast was so delicious!! I'll definitely come back! Very friendly safe environment! I really loved how the ice machine had nice cold water to filled my water bottle. Also had shampoo and body wash pumps in the shower and lotion pump, mouth wash pump and hand soap pump too in the bathroom. I love the fact they won't come in your room if you don't want them in your room. There's so much more. I really enjoyed our stayed here.

Honestly I can't think of anything bad

Smells amazing and is clean. Updated, they think of everything! They have an area where you can get extra towels or if u forgot a tooth brush etc so you don't have to feel guilty about asking front desk. They even offer fountain drinks and a snack area. Breakfast is great!

The only tiny thing we didn't like was the pool was a little cold.

Hotel looked and smelled brand new. The smell was a bit unpleasant but better than smelling old and nasty. Conveniently located off 44 with lots of dining options around and only 25 minutes to get to downtown St. Louis. Breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was worried about parking behind the building (where most of the parking is) but it is EXTREMELY well lit. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and comfortable parking and walking to the door and throughout my stay.

My biggest complaint was the bed - uncomfortably hard in my opinion. But if they're new that could be why. Also the room is advertised as soundproof - which the walls were but lots of noise comes through the door and the amount of light you could see around the door at night might help explain why. Only really an issue in the morning but noticeable.
