I loved the location

The bathroom smelled like piss every morning

The location was great, also the ambiente (Entry area, surroundings, connection to public transport). There was a fridge and a mini-kitchen in the room, which was really handy! The bed was big, just like my bed at home. The bathroom was compact, clean and inviting. The check-in instruction and communication was outstanding. Felt very welcomed!

Chlorinated water, was confused, as Hungary isn't an island (where chlorinated water always is) The apartment door had to be locked to be really closed, it can be easily opened otherwise (Almost) mandatory third party app-registration for check-in. Please always keep a way open for guests who do not want/like apps. Thank you (for keeping the communication inside e-mail as well!). (Suggestion:) The vertical/horizontal aligment of cabinet/doors can be readjusted. It would be a good idea to do that once in a while so it doesn't lock up to the frame. It just takes a screwdriver and ~5 minutes

The location was absolutely perfect — central and convenient for everything I needed. The room itself was clean, spacious, and ideal for my trip. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, making check-in and any questions hassle-free. Overall, the space was spot-on for the purpose of my stay.

The WiFi connection was a bit unreliable at times. It would also be helpful to clarify the process regarding the two keys, as this wasn’t entirely clear at check-in. Lastly, the bedding could be improved — only one pillow and blanket were provided, which wasn’t enough for a comfortable rest.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a tenement building with an elevator, within walking distance of the metro and with tram stops right outside. Easy key pickup, safe neighborhood, and good security. The room is small, but very clean and surprisingly well-equipped for its size. There’s a spacious bathroom (not the newest, but very clean), a small fridge, microwave, electric kettle, a few cups and plates, a wardrobe, a workspace, a tiny TV, and a large, comfortable bed. It might not be the kind of room you'd want to hang out in for hours, but it’s a perfect place to rest after a busy day exploring the city :)

I don’t think there’s really anything I can complain about, but if I had to point something out, it would probably be that the room isn’t very cozy. Oh, and the noise! If you sleep with the window open, the trams running all night can be quite loud.

DISCLAIMER: I gave this property the rate based on MY needs for the trip and circumstances at the time. I am not making a universal claim. I travelled solo and stayed for one night. For my needs, the accomodation exceeded my expectations. The location is quite good, in the direct vicinity of the apartment are tram and metro stops, there is Spar supermarket just around the corner, and great kebab place just across the street. (If you are interested, there is a Holocaust memorial nearby. Also, Corvine Plaza mall is 10 minutes away by foot.) Regarding the room, it is not exceptionally spacious, but is sufficient for one person. All basic amenities are available, including an in-room kitchenette and a small work desk. There is a TV (that I didn't use) and Wi-fi. I didn't experience any problems with the Wi-fi. The apartment was clean and neat. The bathroom is functional. You get a hand and body towels, and some toilet paper. Be aware that you should bring your own toiletries, except for the hand soap. The surrounding area is dynamic, but I didn't have issues with the outside or inside noise. Be aware that I was traveling in July, so I didn't have a need for heating. Also, it was not too hot, so I didn't use air conditioning. That said, there are an additional electric radiator and a portable air conditioning unit. I can't say how effective they are in heating/cooling. The check-in is on-line, quite straightforward, and front desk is available via phone/Viber. I would recommend this accomodation to solo travelers who want some privacy (it beats hostels, for sure).

There was some minor unpleasant smell from the bathroom that was manageable (fan in bathroom, closed bathroom doors, and room venting). I didn't like the pillow, it was too soft.

Compact room, but has everything you need. In such a small space you have fridge and you can cook and it's very convenient. I didn't use as i stayed only 2 nights, but for longer stay it's handy. Place was clean, which was very important for me. Good location. Easy instructions to get to the apartment. Was not a problem for me, but take into consideration that walls are thin. I could hear neighbours. But noise from the street didn't bother.

! - Internet stopped working next morning after check in. I sent email with question, reply was very prompt saying it was provider issue. As it was one of the important things for me I asked for possibility of compensation and staff stopped replying. Disappointing 😥 ! - Hot water is limited and it's not mentioned anywhere. Got cold and tried to warm myself in the shower and at some point hot water became cool. And till next morning nothing changed. Probably, there is a boiler and it takes time to warm the water. But at least a sign can save guests from being cought with cold water in mot really warm bathroom. * - A bit cool in the bathroom. In the room there is a radiator, which was doing it's job fine...but bathroom...in summer probably ok, but in November is a bit chilly.

The price was very good considering the location.There is no receptionist, but emails are answered immediately. Before you go, be sure to send an e-mail to learn the hotel entrance steps. There is a market under the hotel.Very close to the tram station. You can buy a 72-hour ticket and travel around Budapest very comfortably.

Room temperature is low for winter. A solution needs to be found.But it's not cold enough to be a big problem.

Private kitchen and private bathroom, building was lovely.

Room wasn't clean enough there were there were dirty brown spots on the bed sheets, I saw hair a lot. There were a lot of dust under the bed, toilet paper was not enough.

The only small issue was a bad drain smell in the bathroom. Had to leave extractor fan running the whole time. Not sure if there was a plumbing issue, because there was some loud banging and hammering at around 12:30 PM on my last night, and then what sounded like water running. Although that does seem like a strange time to do plumbing repairs.

Location location location. 90% of success in this business is location and this place has it. Great connections, with public transport you can get anywhere from here. They send you a detailed video on how to reach your room, there is no contact with anyone, you just pick up your key and voila. If you're not looking for anything fancy, it's a good place for a couple of nights.

Just the bed. The mattress is kind of weak and you can feel an iron bar around your lower back.
