The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Fully versed in English and accommodating for individual styles and rhythms. Great restaurant and beautiful rooftop. Nice breakfast and views.

The sound insulation in the rooms is bad. You can hear furniture being dragged and other sounds through the ceiling and sometimes through the walls. The rooftop pool closes rather early (6PM in the summer)

Location and staff. The Hotel is within walking distant of all of the cultural and food establishments that make Florence such a special place to visit. Right across the street from the Aron River and across the river to Piazzale Michelangelo with a view of the beautifully lite Tower. At the same time you can look down the river to the Ponte Vecchio. The staff were wonderful friendly welcoming and accommodating.

Leaving.

The location is perfect to walk to everywhere and gorgeous views of the river and Ponte Vecchio bridge. The rooftop bar/pool was a big plus with 360 views of Florence and great drinks and snacks after a long day. The concierge Al was great for us, we did a fantastic day trip to Chianti Classico and loved it. He knows just where to send you. We also got the room with loft bed and it was gorgeous.

The price is very high for the hotel and nothing was included. I thought I had the breakfast included and when I checked in, they did not notify me that the breakfast daily was for additional cost and so at the end when I checked out, it was quite a sticker shock. I would have booked with breakfast had I known or gone outside to cafe for much cheaper breakfast. They should make clear the charges AT THE TIME you check in. Definitely trying to be a luxury hotel but with a more local feel. Not worth the value to me for two rooms 5 nights over $8000 USD

The size of the room for our family was wonderful! We love the view and location. Room was clean. I would have liked new water bottles daily.

Unfortunately, we rented a family suite and had to pay extra for our kids to stay with us. The website advertises the roof top pool and bar. The roof top was closed for remodel. It would have been nice to know this when booking.

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The staff were happy to help with anything. The room was huge with a private terrace overlooking the Duamo, we had breakfast delivered to our room each morning so we could enjoy the view. The overall feel was modern and clean throughout. The rooftop pool had spectacular views of Florence and was brilliant to cool down in after exploring the city. Cocktails were served poolside as well! Valet parking no problem. The hotel is conveniently located outside the ZTL and only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Florence. The location is better than anything more central in my opinion as the further in you go, the less panoramic views of the city and the Tuscan hills you get. Definitely THE place to stay whilst visiting.

The room was facing the river, had a beautiful view. The place has a nice feel. The hidden little room with a single bed was a surprise. The location is so close to the bridge, shopping, restuarants. The staff were friendly and helpful, they let us leave our luggage for a couple of days after we checked out as we had to go to Pisa and come back to Florence. The terrace had a view of whole city.

The shower would spill water everywhere, it was annoying. They took a whole day to replace a kettle that did not work.

Loved the 2 storey family rooms which were very practically set out. Location is fantastic, walking distance to all the major attractions. Rooftop bar has amazing views and a very relaxed vibe around the pool for sunset drinks. Breakfast had good quality, varied options. Staff were mostly very helpful. We would absolutely return.

One member of staff was particularly unhelpful (repeatedly) at breakfast. To the extent that on day 3 we stopped going there, as she was so unwelcoming. The other breakfast staff were wonderful.

This was our second stay at the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the location on the Arno river with beautiful views and the delicious breakfast. After much research on hotels in Florence this one checked all the boxes and we will stay here again.

Its luxury Hotel very nice design and its clean .. comfortable for family with baby .. the staff are ready for help anytime.. Getting taxi so fast..

The Food we order to my kids was dioecious but its too expansive and its with Room service Extra charge .. The pool very cold,not comfortable for kids to stay in it too long time..

The view was amazing and the room amenities were very nice. Room was comfortable and the staff were lovely and nice. We had a high floor and everything was clean and well maintained. We even made it to the roof top bar, which was lovely.

The shower was a little small and the water pressure was odd. Not enough room to shave legs for example and no way to keep the floor dry. Our balcony was nice, but the folks from the roof bar were looking down on us and that was not welcome. We also had two twin beds instead of one big bed which was odd.
