We spent 5 wonderful days and 4 nights at this amazing place, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we booked the accommodation, our host was incredibly kind and responsive — any questions we had were answered immediately. Throughout our stay, our host regularly checked in to make sure everything was perfect and always asked if we needed anything. We felt truly cared for every single day. She also gave us plenty of helpful tips that made our visit even more enjoyable. Her kindness, warmth, and positive energy made a lasting impression on us. She was always available, and it was clear that she genuinely wanted us to feel at home. The breakfast each morning was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. One day, she even baked us a homemade lemon cake — it was absolutely divine, probably the best we've ever had! Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Unforgettable Stay – We’ll Be Back! The location is absolutely fantastic, perfectly situated between the Piazzetta and Marina Grande, which made it easy to enjoy both the charm of the town and the beauty of the sea. One of the highlights was the small balcony with an amazing view, the perfect place to sit and enjoy breakfast or simply relax. A standing ovation goes to our wonderful host, Costanza. She was the perfect mix of warm and professional, always ready to help. She went out of her way to accommodate our requests, including arranging several taxis for us right when we needed them. These little touches made our stay extra smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Costanza, we truly appreciated everything. We’ll definitely come back!

What was there not to like about the property!? It was a beautiful place to stay. The interior of the home was beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, large bathroom/ room, A/C kept the room nice and cool, and the fresh breakfast was amazing! The views were incredible and in a fantastic location. Short walk from the port to the property, and from the property to the top of Capri. The host was absolutely amazing! She was very welcoming/ friendly, shared great tips on what to see and do on the island, and made sure the room and property was nice and clean. We most definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Capri!

Before staying with Constanza, we spent a night at “Jumeirah Capri Palace” — and it was the worst thing that could have happened. For €2000 per night there was no kettle, no coffee, no tea, and the whole room was tiled like a bathroom. Then we moved to Constanza’s place — and for a completely different, reasonable price we got everything missing even in the “luxury” hotel: tea, coffee, a kettle in the room, and, most importantly, the most stunning view over the whole island of Capri. The apartment had large, new, spotless rooms with fresh renovation, good Wi‑Fi, and only a 10‑minute walk to the center. Constanza was always in touch, helped us with any question, and truly made sure we felt comfortable. We are sincerely grateful for her hospitality and for making our Capri stay such a pleasant experience!

Loved it all!

From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth, always smiling and going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location made it easy to enjoy the beauty of Capri, and for such a stunning place, the price was more than fair. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back! Costanza and her husband are the best hosts ever! She was there every time when we needed anything! The comunication with her was excelent, she answerded to our messages in 1 min, she recomended us a lot a restaurant and place to visit in Capri. The best was that she helped us at our last day, even if we had to leave, we could leave our luggage in the apartament, and returning any time on the day, we even cloud take a shower as well. Take breakfast was delicious and the view from the terrace so beautiful.

In our two months travelling prior to staying here we were yet to find such a high standard of accomodation! The level of cleanliness and hospitality by this loving mother and host was astounding, going above and beyond by catering to whatever we needed made our Capri trip unforgettable! Absolutely nothing!

The beautiful view of the port of Capri, is amazing! The location, halfway between Capri center and Capri harbor, is also very practical. The small and very personal setting with 2 rooms for rental makes it nice! The beautiful view during our very complete breakfast for such a small B&B is unique. What makes this stay at the B&B complete is the excellent service from Constanza and Roberto; they are relaxing supportive with all kinds of very good tips for a top stay on the beautiful island of Capri!

The kindness of our hosts, the size of the rooms and the sublime view were the best things about the accommodation. The accommodation is extremely clean, Costanza and Roberto speak good English and are very kind and helpful. Upon our arrival, Roberto presented the main attractions of the island and the best restaurants - according to our needs - almost like a tour guide. The view from the accommodation is fantastic, the rooms are air-conditioned, the bathroom is the right size and we were able to unpack our clothes in a cultured way. We were also able to spread out wet bathing suits on the private balcony. The breakfast is simple but delicious and Costanza made us eggs every morning at our request. <3

Public transport on the island is scandalous, but we invented ourselves and when we went to the town of Capri in the evening, we always started down the stairs and took the cable car up to the main square. The prices are very high everywhere, main dishes are 30 EUR, a cocktail is 20 EUR, renting a scooter for a day is 70 EUR and you can't drive it everywhere.

A fascinating place, wonderful views from the apartments. Everything is so cozy, very clean in the room, snow-white linen, and breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea and mountains is just a miracle. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We spent wonderful and unforgettable days. Reality exceeded expectations and I want to come back again.
