Having had a property management company with a portfolio of 20+ properties and also having our own Vivienda Vacacional we are often disappointed with accomodation we rent. This time we were more than satisfied. Communication with Pedro was quick and easy. Instructions for gaining entry were simple. We did only stay 1 night as our visit was for a hospital appointment. Price/quality ratio is good. Apartment was very clean and had everything you could need for your stay. Nice touch supplying the capsules for the coffee machine. We will try to book again for my husband for when I have my surgery and this will be a little longer stay. Returning guests was always a big aim when we ran our properties....so well done to THE STAY...you have a returning guest.

The apartment was exactly my taste. It was furnished in a modern style. There was everything you needed. The kitchen had a water cooker and a coffee machine with capsules. Check-in was done online the day before arrival. Keys would have been in the door safe if they had not already been given to me directly by Ingrid, as I arrived too early and the flat was not quite ready yet. The place was extraordinaty clean. Thank you Ingrid. Pablo wrote the most important information via WhatsApp and was always available if you had a request. He always answered promptly and also gave tips. Everything worked flawlessly. The location of the house was unbeatable. 3 minutes walk to the cathedral and the beautiful old town. The shopping street Triana was also within a few minutes, the same goes for the bus station Teatro. There are several bus stops right in front of the house, including hop on hop off buses. It really doesn't get more central than this. A 4-lane road runs in front of the house. When the windows are open, the traffic noise is loud. But you can only open the windows at off-peak times (there are three nice big windows). The air is still good in the flat. And there is always something to watch: the people at the bus stops or the tourist groups. It doesn't get boring. I have rarely really recommended an accommodation with such conviction and from the bottom of my heart and hope to be able to stay there again one day.

ABSOLUTELY lovely little apartment. It looks exactly like on the pictures if not better in real! It is sooo convenient. There’s everything you need & the bed is super comfortable. I just loved the brightness of this place! & the little attentions. The location is perfect for vegueta but there are no beaches around, however a lot of rooftops are around with swimming pools.

This apartment is brilliant but I think that overall, the prices are a little too high for Las Palmas. I paid the same amount to stay in a 4 stars hotel on the beach in las canteras.

The location was superb, situated right at the gateway to the historic "Vengueta" old town. Pablo, the apartment manager, provided us with a few excellent recommendations and ensured that we arrived safely.

The apartment faces a busy street in Teatro, which did result in some noise. However, since we stayed from Monday through Thursday, it was manageable, as most nearby shops and restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The host was very easy to reach, answered all our questions quickly and gave us good advice. The room was clean and spacious. The location, being right next to the Teatro was also very convenient, both because of the parking and busses.

If you are easily woken by traffic, ask for a room that doesn't face the avenue. For us it wasn't a problem.

Great location, old town, market and lots of sights and bus stops in walking distance. Bed was comfy, apartment was really clean. Pablo was really kind and helpful and provided a sheet change and extra towels mid stay and even dropped off a little Christmas present on our last day.

The road opposite can be really loud so do take earplugs.

The location is amazing. The apartment was very clean and the host extremely available and attentive.

It is on a main road and the double paned windows are not sufficient to block the noise. The beds and pillows aren’t very comfortable and the hot water only lasts approximately 7 minutes in the shower.

The location was great, in the old town, near market, bus stop and many restaurants. Pablo was really nice and helpfull, and provided us with an extra towel. We've received also a delicious chocolate box. The apartment was clean, has all you need and it's exactly like in the photos.

As a recommandation the towels should be changed

Great Location, right between the old town neighborhoods of La Triana and La Vegueta. Ideal for a couple, for city stay a few nights in Las Palmas. Super clean apartment, very comfy bed, good air conditioning and bathroom with plenty of hot water. The host, Pablo, extremely helpful and attentive, giving us very clear instructions on how to access the apartment and on where to eat in the area.

The walls between departments are a bit thin, and at times you could hear some noise from neighbours. But nothing that impaired a good nights sleep, or made our stay uncomfortable in any way.

We loved everything about the property! It’s located in the best side of the city, the Vegueta area and it’s close to the restaurants, bars, supermarkets, administration department of the university even in Triana area where all the commercial market & the central bus station of the city are located. As for the property, it was equipped with everything a visitor may need!
