Hotel is good choice for solo travellers like myself. Although the hotel is a little way out of town I was happy because It had all the basic requirements I was looking for and to a good standard: comfortable bed, clean bed sheets and towel, hot powerful shower, nice communal area with hot and cold water. It is also located in a lovely residential area with a great Malay/Thai restaurant about a 5 minute walk from hotel.

Not a complaint more of a warning for those wishing to book this hotel. Booking.com on its information page for this hotel has the check in times as 2pm til 9pm. I arrived at 7pm to find reception closed and a note stating reception hours were 2pm til 6pm. Luckily, I was able to contact the host who was very hospitable, and I was able to check in over the phone. I messaged Booking.com about the error on their website but to date have received no reply.

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The amenities were well-maintained and added great value to my stay. The location was convenient, close to major attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Quiet and clean place.

The housekeeping staff was with weird attitude and in bad mood, knocking the door once it's 12pm to check out and was with unpleasant words. I never encountered this issue at other place before.

I love stay here, will repeat when I visit Kuala Terengganu in future the room was comfy and spacious they also provide washing machine and fridge as well I felt like home when stayed here

Bilik dan toilet bersih. Check in senang. Attentive host. Willing to reserve ground floor rooms for us who have slipped disc and bad knees. Banyak kedai makan yg berdekatan dan sedap2 belaka..

Location very good, the family was big, the staff very helpful, good and generous. My family fell very comfortable when stay here. Overall is very good.

facilities of a hotel are available. the room is big enough for 2 n resonably clean. check in n out are hassle free

the staff on duty at check in counter is not friendly. no smile on his face n he was unfriendly.

The homestay is clean, stylish and modern. It will be better if the customer can choose whether want upstairs or ground floor room.

It will be better if the customer service told us before hand the procedure for getting the room key since there’s no staff at the reception counter. The room got no soundproof, if you like to get a quiet room, this might not be suitable.

great stay with whole varieties of facilities for doing simple house chores like washing machine, coway, iron.

the toilet is quite small to the extent where lots of the water will always spill out through the door making the mat soaking wet especially when taking a long shower

Can u pls ensure that the grass are cut and taken care off. It almost 1 feet high. Come on guys.
