The interior design of the hotel, is wonderful and really fun. So many details! The staff that were there were very helpful and nice. But you need more staff.

It seems you need more staff. At times there was no one around in the lobby. The restaurant for breakfast had one woman doing everything: seating people, taking orders, making coffee. It was a little nuts.

Graduate hotels have such a cute concept. Even our key cards featured celebrities (ours was Tiger Woods and Reese Witherspoon) and their alma maters. Staff were excellent, friendly and attentive from the start. The room was neat, though quite small, and gave a very elevated dorm in an elite institution vibes. We didn't get a chance to explore the rooftop bar, but the restaurant was delicious with even better drinks. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in town.

Room was slightly on the dusty side, especially the curtains, but it's a very minor thing and didn't detract from the experience. Other than that, everything else was lovely.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, my 6-year-old wanted to ride the old elevator they have. When it wasn't coming down one helpful team member jumped in to help us and ended up running up several flights of stairs to check and see if the door was left open. When she was gone another team member jumped in and offered to assist and do the same. The decor was as expected, tehe building was just cool. Everything was above what was expected, especially at this price point.

Nothing, the hotel was great.

Lovely hotel and very friendly and supportive staff. this was graduation weekend and they were super helpful in holding on to some of out student's luggage for us and offering to store it for a few days. we hugely appreciated this offer as it made our stay in the bay area so much easier. Thank you Graduate Hotel!

Everything was very nice.

The location was fantastic. We easily found parking within a block or two and the hotel itself is right down town which made it easy to grab dinner and do some shopping. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. My husband had a procedure scheduled the next day and one of the front lobby staff brought up cookies for him that night and wished him well. It was definitely a going above and beyond action which we will never forget.

The original room we had booked was very small and right next to the elevator. Knowing the dimensions of the room we are booking will be a priority in the future. The hotel was able to reassign us a room that provided more space and a quieter atmosphere without hesitation. Greatly appreciated by my husband and I .

Location, a lot of restaurants and stores on the street; quiet at night, nice decorations

Rooms are small

+ beautiful design and attention to detail + perfect location on University Ave - in the middle of all the cute shops and restaurants Palo Alto has to offer + short walk away from Caltrain and the free shuttle to Stanford + bikes for free + attentive staff who wrote us a darling little card

- Bathroom floors were cold, take slippers or thick socks

The employees, were beyond helpful.

On top of a $350 1 night room...Paying $50 for parking and another $50 for a late ck out. No breakfast OR COFFEE included Drinks were outrageous! Shower looks nice but sprays all over the tile & you have to wipe it up in order to dry your hair.

Excellent location and striking interior design

For some reason, breakfast is not offered as part of the booking - which I only noted after the fact. There is no gym and they do not cooperate with any fitness facilities, so you'll have to find it on your own.

Loved the renovation...preserved the ''old feel', while delivering comfort and function

Only issue was no hot water the morning we checked out. Felt sympathy for the front desk, who had clearly been fielding calls about it! I'm sure you'll have fixed it
