It’s in a convenient location not far from beaches and very close to a lot of shopping and dining locations and grocery stores. I liked the kitchenettes in the rooms. It’s nice to have an oven and two burners which helped when warming up pizza. I liked how clean the hotel was. Comfortable beds

I didn’t like the breakfast this time. Last time I stayed the breakfast was good. This time it wasn’t decent. Also the a/c units in the rooms are noisy. The pillows are alternative down which many people find comfortable but for me the pillow flattens and lacks support. There was a desk with a chair but there wasn’t a big enough table or additional chairs to sit down and eat in the room which is strange for a room that has a kitchenette. There was only the little sofa and a side table. Depending on the direction you’re coming from, it can be tricky to get to the hotel and sometimes dangerous. A lot of reckless driving on US 19.

Craig was friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable during the check-in process. The entire facility is clean and fresh. Two Queen Bed room with City View was more than I expected. Beds comfy, room clean, and bathroom excellent. Breakfast area had staff circulating to assist guests and to refill food, etcetera. Food was hot and perfectly cooked. I enjoyed the mini quiches and the bacon. Decaf Coffee had great taste. The area was clean. Truly an excellent experience all-around! I will return soon. I highly recommend this Hotel to all travelers young and old. (I'm 69; my Mom is 91.) Thanks! Elena B.

Nothing to comment about in the negative.

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. It was just run of the mill nothing really great. Drinks, juice, cereals were ok but cooked food was no fresh or anything special.

Storage was not adequate for a longer stay. The furniture seating looked up to date but was not comfortable for long to sit in. The only table to work at was located directly under the TV, and not really adequate for a work station.

Great room! Clean , great kitchen, full sized refrigerator and pots and pans/dishes/glassware! Staff was really nice and pool was very clean and relaxing! My t.v. didn't work but I had my laptop to watch Amazon prime and Netflix. No worries ! Had a great stay ! I made a reservation for a Rock show I attended Saturday night. My stay here was great!

TV didn't work.

It is one of the most clean and well-organized hotels I've seen in a while, staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast bar area was clean and well-maintained. They were very attentive to any needs. the pool and gym as clean, the grill area was relaxing and you feel an evening breeze. It is an absolute gem

Location, Front desk was extremely helpful.

First room, #500 was loaded with ants. One bit me while sleeping. We got up to find the room crawling with ants everywhere. Floor, beds, walls. Had to change rooms. I was expecting a slight discount for our troubles but other than that. Also the pool size was disappointing.

I liked the full kitchen with nice flat-top ovens and coffee mugs and glass cups and coffee maker and a good sized fridge etc. The beds were clean and fresh and comofortable.

The TV remote was a pain to operate due to the lack of a feel-based raised arrow buttons. The TV sound quality was poor too. The A/C unit, even though new, was still too noisy due to the strong blow of air and could have finer controls. We caught a cold.

This hotel is brand new, everything was beautiful well done and comfortable, the breakfast was rich, the price is great.

The reason I give it a 9 not 10 is because of the noise coming from the highway otherwise everything was great

The hot breakfast could have had some more choices.

This is a pet-friendly hotel but there was no designated place to take my dog to go to the bathroom. The beds need to be turned so they don't get hard at any point.

EVERYTHING!! I don't think this box has enough space for me to talk about what I like, Great staff, Beautiful clean room, everyone was so friendly, the location of the hotel is convenient to EVERYTHING, i.e Beach shopping. I would definitely recommend this hotel 🙌🏽
