Location is very close to the square, I like that it was a bit hidden, staff was EXCELLENT, there’s an elevator. I like that it wasn’t a typical hotel, has character. This hotel is great for staying a few days if you’re planning on being out and about. Hotel had everything you needed. Breakfast was solid, coffee/tea/pastries. SAFE FOR WOMEN or SOLO TRAVELERS.

Beds were a bit small, pillows could’ve been a bit more comfortable/firm. I had the room with two small beds and the room itself is small but honestly it didn’t even matter because we spent most of our time exploring.

Beautiful old style hotel. If you are looking for mod cons, this is not your hotel. It's in keeping with the location of the old town, so old school, beautiful decor & building. 2 mins walk to the square. Perfect location. Asked reception to ring a taxi to the airport for us, approx €40. Buffet continental breakfast but also had menu with maybe 2 or 3 egg dishes. Asked for a strawberry youghurt one morning & the girl very kindly obliged.

One morning the rolls were not fresh at breakfast. With continental its a smaller choice so you would expect the bread to be fresh. We could hear the boy racers flying up & down the street but not the hotels fault. Very little to fault here.

Hotel is next to the market square so very close to all of the attractions of old town. Our room was large and well furnished with furniture that matched the nature of the hotel. This is a building that has been there for 100s of years and so has character but it is not possible to add all modern amenities to a building of this age. We like staying in places like this with a character and story but some people will not be satisfied.

there was a little noise from the outside bar and cafe however it seemed not to go too late and did not interfere with our sleep

I loved the location and the cutsie alleyway it was in, say it be amazing in the summer to sit outside the door. There is a lovely bar opposite in the basement, very nice and nice staff. As for the hotel staff they were very helpful and friendly. They speak English which was a big bunus for me.. The hotel is spotless and quaint. It was an easy going relaxed hotel. The shower was fabulous. So walkable everywhere. Thankyou. Kind regards. Susan

Nothing I didn't like

We loved the location...we were able to walk everywhere from the hotel! Our room was bigger than we needed...very spacious, with a beautiful, modern bathroom. A lovely buffet breakfast was included with our room, and we enjoyed it so much...very elegant and beautifully presented. The young man who helped us with our luggage and guided us to the secure parking space and our room was very helpful, polite, and guest-oriented. We appreciated him so much, as he provided a warm welcome and helpful information in a city we had never visited before.

Just because of the age of the hotel and antique furnishings, our room had a slightly 'old' or a little bit musty smell to it. However, we appreciated the beautiful and historic architecture and special feel of the hotel.

I loved the medieval feel and decor of the hotel. The location could not have been any better it is right next to the market square. Bed was comfortable and the room felt very cozy. Staff were friendly. The shower was decent a little on the smaller side but water pressure was great. Great drink selection at breakfast and the food was tasty.I would stay here again.

Breakfast was limited in terms of food choice but what was there was delicious. There are a couple of bars directly outside so in the evening it was very loud but nothing earplugs couldn’t block out. I would have liked to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room

Comfortable hotel virtually in the centre of Wroclaw. Old fashioned hotel but room was large as was the bed. Didn't have their own restaurant but a few doors down was an excellent restaurant of the same name as the hotel and they gave a reduction as we were staying at the hotel. Restaurant was on the side of the main square and very pleasant place to eat. Breakfast was excellent in both choice and amount.

Only drawback was the parking. Whilst it was the hotels parking it was down the road and you had to be accompanied to it as it was always looked. Difficult to pop back if you'd left something you wanted, Also, as at other hotels on this trip, we found the parking quite expensive.

First and foremost, I must commend the excellent location of Hotel Dwor Polski. Being situated in the center of Wrocław allowed for easy access to the city's attractions, restaurants, and shops. However, it is worth mentioning that when the windows were open, the noise from the bustling surroundings could be somewhat disruptive. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast provided at the hotel. The selection of food was good. The meals were tasty and satisfying, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. The hotel staff deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. They were friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Their welcoming demeanor and willingness to assist created a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout my visit. Furthermore, I found the room I stayed in to be spacious and well-appointed. It had all the necessary amenities, and I particularly enjoyed the style of the furniture and decorations. The attention to detail in the room's design made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
