The safety is 100% guaranteed and as soon you arrived you don't wait for too long at the entrance to be assisted.And no noise, we were able to rest and the atmosphere is so amazing. And OMG the Room is so Tidy, facilities are all working properly, the wifi is unlimited and works perfectly and we've Netflixed through. Kim was so Welcoming, friendly and kind. she walked me through my room and made it easy to locate.

I would advise for them to at least include a single unit wardrobe at least to put our bags and clothes instead of a running rail with a hangers.And at least put 2 mats in the bathroom cz after you had a shower the whole area is covered with water. otherwise everything was Top Notch. I would definitely go back and recommend it.

Rooms were cleaned every day, even on Sundays! That was amazing. They also do your washing at R25 per kilo, ironing as well. Parking is safe and secure. Area is very central to all major moot areas.

The parking inside is very tight. If you have a bigger car you will struggle a bit. I have a Suzuki Xpresso and I had to maneuver really well. Aircons were shown on pictures, but they are disconnected due to the guesthouse being on solar power, so do not expect any air conditioning.

Everything about the place was nice, from the morning they called in to check what time I'll be checking in, communication was good. The lady let me know that she will be shifting us to another room cause at the other location there is a group of people that booked together @364. Still our room was still the same as thr one we booked. Got there and everything was the same as I saw on the pictures. No disturbance whatsoever. I requested an iron on the following day of my stay, they brought it to us without any waste of time. It is so safe, good value for moneyand clean. It was a very nice experience.

Originally we were in room 7, with a small fan and a window that looks out to the private area. It's perfect for an overnight room. We were moved over to room 4 and it was perfect for our one week stay. With a separate kitchen area. It felt like a home away from home. The fridge is a perfect size. The kitchen has space for everything you need and all the equipment you need is already there, including a cheese grater, can opener, wine opener and scissors (along with the normal utensils). They also have uninterrupted power supply due to their solar system. They are also pet friendly. With a park within walking distance. And extremely accommodating. We loved staying here.

The wifi signal struggled a bit, but we also struggled with signal. And we assume that it's due to loadshedding. The window looking out to the private property in room 4 is inconvenient for long term stays.

Juanita, Kim, and the staff were amazing. We asked for an early check-in because we were on an early morning flight and it was easily granted. Their response time to queries and questions was also very good.

Friday night was a bit crazy due to motorbikes on the road close by, but it something they probably can do nothing about

The place was nice, clean and quiet too. It's home away from home. The staff were very useful, professional and well mannered.

We received one ply toilet paper,worst we couldn't even used it because of the poor quality. Maybe it's something management needs to look at.

Excellent place to stay. The host and staff were amazing and very nice to us. There is daily housekeeping and everything was quite clean. We stayed for an entire week and it really felt cozy the entire time. We certainly recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay in Pretoria.

It felt like home. Almost every thing needed was provided for a self catering accommodation.

Nothing but I think there's room for improvement in terms of installing air-conditioners or providing small heaters for cold days.

We booked for two rooms as it was myself,my husband and our kids only to our surprise when we got there,the rooms are far apart from each other 😔. Water was cold around 10pm when I tried taking a shower,in the morning they were just warm

I loved everything about this stay and everyone is so super friendly and extremely caring, the host and everyone saved my life today, that just shows how they truly care for their customers. I can not express my gratitude enough. I will honestly be back this is not the last time.
