It was my first time booking for place that had a kitchen and a launge, so a first great experience, i didn't use the wifi but it's great the place had wifi, the setting for me was a bit vintage style but i loved it. It was cold but the blankets were enough to counter the cold. It's value for money. I enjoyed my stay there.

The electric blanket was not working, i think it's something they need to look into. Probably the owner was not aware of this.

The room has everything you need and its spacious, the premises is in a quiet area. The hosts are welcoming and waited for us for a late check-in.

Didn't like that we had to be rushed to check-out 🙁. A 30-minute grace period after the 10 o'clock check-out time would have been nice.

The place is like home away from home. Very neat and the linen and pillows was crispy clean.

Ag,there was a lil dog waiting for us,so my fear of being bitten before by a 4 legged cutie took over, just to find out that she or he is very loving and disciplined and it's not roaming around it's well kept in a secure area.

The Room was very beautiful and clean I loved the mirrors in every room,love the electric blanket because it's winter it is very cold I really needed it💯 The Staff was very welcoming and friendly everything was perfect I really enjoyed my stay It is a quiet place🙏

honestly this place was super exceptional! the service from the hosts and also the workers was excellent.. lovely people with peaceful environment! I was travelling solo so I was a bit unsure about safety in Pretoria but Berghaan b&b made me feel exceptionally safe .. the rooms were super clean with everything u needed!!! WiFi, great water ,a fan too , no electricity cut , coffee and utensils..I would recommend this place a thousand times ! thank u so much

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The area is safe and quiet. There is a restaurant and shops close by and you can even order from home. There's always and hot water is always available. There's room service and the place is very neat.

I only had a problem with the Dogs. I am not a fan of Dogs and cats so that's why I was a bit uncomfortable around them. But the staff was very helpful with them whenever I scream for help.

Very clean and neat. The owners walked the extra mile to make the rooms comfortable and homely.

An aircon would’ve been nice, but we booked knowing there weren’t any, so it was our own fault - it was very hot while we stayed there.

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The Wi-Fi is strong and streaming is not a problem. There is a good restaurant/takeaway within walking distance.

The only thing that would have made my stay more comfortable would have been an aircon as there was a heatwave at the time of my visit.

Very central location. My vehicle was safe, and my accommodation was very comfortable. I forgot my electric toothbrush, and the owner was very kind and called me to come pick it up.
