This was a clean comphortable hotel located near the Fort Myers Airport. We chose it for several reasons, 1, location to airport. 2, had a shuttle. 3, clean and comfortable! As we had a early flight 6 am take off time, and as a added bonus we turned the clocks ahead that evening so real feel time 5 am. Hotel wake up call, on time shuttle also on time. So to sum it up we chose this hotel for above reasons, and in the 3 or 4 times we have stayed here its always been a good, convenient hotel,

No negatives

This hotel is brand new, it is very clean, modern and pretty. The bed is very comfortable for me, I need them a little on the soft side. Bathroom shower had great pressure. The breakfast we really good, nice variety. Wifi was good. It is very close to the airport, took only about 5 minutes to get there.. this hotel does have a free shuttle to the airport as well.

The plastic knives break when you try to use them to do anything; they don't even spread butter. It is a little difficult to get onto the highway to head to the airport due to traffic and no light, but if you are taking the shuttle it won't be a problem.

Breakfast was good, Good selection of hot food and some fruit and baked goods. The area is quiet.

My flight from Houston was delayed even later than my arrival at around 10:30. I tried to call to let the hotel know I would be late and to check on the shuttle. I called about 3 times with no answer. I called another time and was put on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. I finally reached somebody to let them know I would be late and asked about the shuttle. I was told it would stop at midnight. I would be later than that so I had to make other arrangements to get to the hotel. Numerous flights were being delayed.

Free Shuttle to the airport- fantastic shuttle driver. 4:30 am pick-up, her stories and cheerfulness made the early morning fun. Friendly staff at late night check in, snacks available. I was pleased to receive a walk up call for the shuttle, 4:30 came early and the front desk lady fast walked with me while I completed the check out.

Seemed a bit isolated, but we only needed it for 6 hours before our flight. And they did have some overpriced snacks at the front desk. I wish there would have been a free substitute if your were checking our before breakfast, like an apple and a water would be fine.

Stayed for a night before an early flight. Moved into a very clean and modern room with comfortable bed. Honestly, one of the most comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. Staff was very professional and nice as well as shuttle bus drivers. 5 minutes drive to an airport.

I arriver late - water in outdoor swimming pool was cold. Kind of expected, I knew it was outdoor and did not expect water to be heated.

This place was pristine. So clean and fresh. The staff was great and worked hard for us despite our flight delay. They were very accommodating. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. For breakfast there is a plethora of choice.

There was nothing to not like. I was just surprised that such a new establishment chose to carpet the bedrooms as carpet can get very dirty. Fortunately the carpet was new and did not cause an issue

Check in and check out was a breeze, all I had to do was show my ID. Front desk employees were very friendly. As soon as I walked in the lobby it smelled clean like bleach, and it wasn’t overwhelming. Hallways and staircases were very clean. Plenty of free parking, and side entrances with room card access, from the parking lot. Hot breakfast was yummy. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and flavored creamers. Pancakes, pastries, bacon, eggs, sausage and gravy, fruits, yogurt, oatmeal. There was an employee constantly stocking up on everything that was running low, super friendly lady. Our room was very big, and had 2 Queen size beds, they were comfy. The bathroom was clean and had a tub. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig machine, we didn’t use it, but it’s good to have just in case. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The only negative thing I can say is, I felt it was a bit overpriced for the location. There’s really nothing to do in that area, no landmarks, or attractions. We ended up visiting Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva, which were about 35 minutes away, for dinner. Only reason we decided on staying there, was because of its 9.0 rating.

The hotel staff is so friendly and kind, especially the lady at the breakfast buffet whose name is Natalia. She would lighten up everyone's morning with her smile and care. The hotel guests were so appreciative of her opening the breakfast buffet a little earlier on the weekend as there were many families with the kids who came to the swim meet and needed to leave before the breakfast was normally served during the weekend. Natalia and Elena made our stay in the hotel great

it was a welcomed releif from the horrible weather interruption that we had having had to be redirected from Orlando to ft Myers for a terrible thunderstorm that was affecting the whole East coast of Florida. thank you for the great end to a horrible dayThanks

At checkout, the woman at the front desk provided an Uber ride for me (hotel paid for this) immediately once we'd realized that the shuttle wasn't available.

Everything was wonderful. Clean, safe, and quiet. Will stay here again should my work bring me back to Ft Meyers. 10/10!
