Pros:- - Friendly staff - Workout area in building - Food / Other areas close by - Everyone there was nice and friendly (nobody was disrespectful) - Rooms we’re clean/Taken care of - Management was understanding with booking and extended our stay.

Cons:- - Pool was in the next building over so had to walk 5mins in order to swim/ get into hot tub. - The thermostat wouldn’t switch off to cold so it was a tad chilly in our room. - Had to call Room service before 6am or we had to put our trash outside room so someone could swing by to get it. - Tv was a tad small in our queen size room (2 bed) - There wasn’t really a selection of what you could eat during breakfast and what they had was way over seasoned or a tad cold. - The coffee wasn’t refilled during rush, I saw they only had one sweet lady that worked alone during breakfast hours, I would suggest on adding another to help assist so she doesn’t feel stressed about doing it all herself.

Location was great, breakfast was great. the check in was exceptional, very friendly.

The room was big and clean, the breakfast was awesome! I definitely love having a breakfast included in my stay at hotels. Holiday inn express didn’t let me down. Even had a pancake making machine! Oh yeah!

Had a great time. Wish we’d known the pool was at a separate hotel that we had to walk a ways to get to. But it was nice. Food was good, but pancake machine was down so that was a bummer for the kids. Great location and very friendly staff

Breakfast was what I expected from a holiday inn. It is consistent. I didn’t like to creepy walk to the pool next door. We used the restaurant over at the crown plaza but never made it to the pool.

It was located close to our event and easy to find. My wife liked the shower head in our room.

I didn't really like the LG TV in our room. It was slow at changing channels.

Great location, easy to find. It's very clean and comfortable. We've stayed here twice, and it will be our go-to each time we visit Springfield.

Very clean. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

On our second evening and then the next morning there were two large groups there of high school students. They were noisy at night till late and then the next morning the help at breakfast couldn’t keep up with the large amount of kids. So much was empty and we didn’t have a good breakfast that morning.

There was a towel hanging on the bathroom door & washcloth on the shower curtain when we arrived. We stayed two nights- there was no maid service after night one. Very disappointed with this!
