Breakfast was great! I usually dont even bother with hotel breakfast, but this was hot, fresh and very tasty. They were on top of refilling everything right away. I had never had a soda fountain in a hotel breakfast area. Not being a coffee drinker, it was perfect for me to fill my mug. The staff from the reception area, food to the maids were outstanding.

Only one small elevator for 100 rooms was challenging. Especially if there was a luggage cart. No room for more than just a very few people. The staff, however, were very courtous about waiting for you to ride first.

Friendliness of staff! Shout-out to front desk staff Wayne, Paxton, Javier, & Aaron. Kudos to Zane in the breakfast room and to Duane our bartender. Also, Desmond was awesome and he carried our bags to the 4th floor for us. Our maid Lisa kept our room spotless. We loved the free breakfast and the dinner-time free drinks (3 per day!) as well as the food. Much more than just snacks: soups, chilli, chicken, pulled pork, meatballs, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, salad, vegetables, pasta Alfredo. 😁

Well, the elevator was out of order, but at least we got our exercise on the stairs. Helped us burn off those calories from the tasty snacks and beverages! We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves 75% of our 4-night stay.

The breakfast was decent. I also noted that there was always someone to assist. The chief continued scrambling eggs to place on the buffet.

I felt I received what I paid for.So, I was satisfied with the Hotel and what it had to offer. After nine years staying at this Hotel; it has been consistent with its offerings. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

Stay comes with 3 free drinks at the on-site bar. Really good free breakfast. There are free cooldown apps from 5:30 to 7:00, Pulled pork sliders, coleslaw, salad, chips and salsa. soda fountain coke products available. Comfortable beds plenty of pillows.

Road Noise... all day and night. The usual slamming of doors all night too. If only hotels would invest in some sort of anti-slam / slow close technology.

Even though they are still in the middle of major improvements they were still very accommodating and apologetic for the "mess". The clerk on duty was very pleasant even though it had been a busy day/evening and the hotel was fully booked. We got to the hotel with 15 minutes left of the happy hour (oh, no). Thankfully there were some of the appetizers still available and of course, after a long trip, we enjoyed a couple of drinks on the house. The room was neat and ready for 2 very tired travelers. The breakfast was very good and varied.

Nothing....well, maybe it would be nice if the restorations were done.;-)

Really nice stay with our pet! Great area outside for pet to run! Clean and quiet room.  Excellent shower with minimal step up, grab bar and textured floor to minimize fall potential.   Nice touch: happy hour … very well attended and serving popcorn!  Good location near multiple quick food service restaurants … including serving salads. Easily accessible laundry if needed!

When we detected a consistent noise echoing into our room from ?somewhere? we reported it to Javier at front desk and he moved us to another room. He kept saying “I want you to be completely comfortable.” He also determined the source of the noise.

The elevator broke down on the night before we left and then was fixed and then broke down again the morning we left. Thankfully we were only on the second floor.

A big headache to check in, we stay in hotels all over the country this would have been a very big problem if not for one of the desk clerks taking care of it. I think the asst manager was the one that created all of the drama my guys were ready to leave and go somewhere else, you are differently not renting your rooms on price so you need to make it convenient.

Trouble at checkin

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Did not expect happy hour which was a pleasant surprise. Everyone was very customer oriented with the exception of the bartender the second night. He was very grumpy; maybe he was just having a bad day. The first one was super friendly.

Construction, the front entrance was very slippery when raining. Grandson wiped out and hurt himself. You may consider doing something else to make sure it is not slippery when wet.

The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast and evening meal were extremely generous. As were the 3 drinks per night per adult from the bar. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room. They apologized for construction, but we were not at all bothered or inconvenienced by it.

There is only one elevator so sometimes there was a wait.
