I have stayed in many Ibis hotels but this one really stands out as the best! The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Daniel at the front desk; he was incredibly kind, friendly and made me feel very welcome. His warm attitude and professionalism added a personal touch to my stay that I really appreciated. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and well located, just as you would expect from Ibis but what made the experience exceptional was the staff; especially Daniel. We gave him a small chocolate from our tradition.I highly recommend it.

Very clean room, good conditions. The bed is comfortable. You can change the air temperature yourself. The elevator is fast and working. The reception has a kettle and a hairdryer (a deposit of 20 euros is required for each). There is also an oven and a microwave available for free. There are no plates and utensils in the room, they are also available at the reception.

One of the receptionists was not very friendly. There's a TV in the room, but it's a bit useless, showing only German TV. But you can take an hdmi and connect your device. One evening there was not enough kettle for us. But you can take hot water at the reception. In the morning we could already take the kettle:)

Also quiet and very good for resting at night

The bathroom door was making a very loud noise when opened or closed and us being 3 people in the room made it very uncomfortable to use the toilet while the others were resting And the room was really small (but we didn't need more ,- maybe an extra shelf to put our clothes on would have been great

Always love to stay at ibis budget Frankfurt City Ost before an early flight! The hotel is in a very good location not too far away from the central train station or the airport. The check-in and check-out have always been smooth no matter the time. The wifi worked with no issues.

The rooms I have stayed in at least have a little unconventional layout with the shower in the room itself, but as a solo traveller I do not mind.

You get what you paid for, keeping in mind it's an ibis budget. It is located near the main Square and the train station to the airport is not very far. There are also trams right outside. It is a very clean room, the bed is comfortable, and they had all the basic amenities. There's elevator access and we didn't feel the surroundings were noisy.

The bathroom presents a strange layout, and the shower has a translucid glass opening right to the main area of the room, which might not be the most comfortable for friends or coworkers, for example. The elevator didn't always work and we didn't figure out why, but we only spent one night here, so we also didn't try to find out. In our opinion it is quite overpriced for what is offered.

When you book a budget hotel, you're never really sure what you're getting yourself into. Fortunately, we had a brilliant experience at the Ibis Budget. We were greeted by friendly reception staff when we arrived who offered to store our bags as they didn't have space to check us in early. Later on, when we checked in, the room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the "open plan" bedroom with a separate shower cabin was a nice touch. Great use of space, nice and minimalist, and a brilliant location too, with tram 11 and the U-bahn right at the front door.

Not a single thing - would stay here any day of the week.

I liked that it was about 3km from the old town and very close to restaurants. I liked the flexible hour of check-in and the reduction on the public parking next to the building.I loved the very comfortable and big beds.

Ibis Budget has two types of triple rooms depending on the country. This one (like all so far in Germany, which we visited) had the shower cabin and the sink in the room and only the toilet was totally isolated with a door. So I guess it's standard.

Away from the hustle bustle of Frankfurt Main, IBIS is located in a silent and calm location. It is near the tram station which can take you to the Frankfurt main and also has a train station in walking distance where travel can be faster. Rooms are clean though a little small but cannot complain considering the price to value, which is nice! The room has an amazing view as well. And the staff was friendly as well. IBIS is recommended for a budget trip around Frankfurt for sure!

The room was interesting - the shower was in the room as well as the sink, but the toilet was in a different room. No privacy when showering. Shouldn't be an issue for couples. The light switches were difficult to use

The location is really convenient and room is big enough for two. I like to design of separating bathroom and toilet. Washtub is separate which I also like. I ordered hotel breakfast. Breakfast option is not that a lot, but still enough.

The towel and blankets were both changed after one day. We didn't really request so. Just think maybe it is more envoirnment friendly to change when the customers request. But overall there is not so much that I can complain about.
