Our stay at Starthotels Tuscany in Florence was a wonderful choice indeed. The location is extremely convenient—right across from the tram station that connects directly to the Central. Surrounded by great restaurants and a supermarket just behind the hotel, everything you need is within reach. The room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special mention for the excellent breakfast spread—generous and delicious. Having a parking at the hotel was another great comfort, especially in European cities where it's often hard to find. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and pleasant stay in Florence!

Have to mention that nothing to mention.

Good size room with fantastic bed. There was a closet to keep the luggage which kept the room tidy and clean. The view from the room was nice. There was a metro station right outside hotel to take us to center which was quite helpful. We found the hotel parking (which cannot be pre-booked) which helped not find the parking near by.

Since we were on the top floor almost, it was hot. The AC would not work and we had to keep the windows open, but the morning noise forced us to close the windows. We asked hotel staff to turn the AC or provide us fan. They did provided the fan which helped us sleep better.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and well appointed - one of the nicest stays while we were visiting Europe. Wonderful breakfast!

It seemed that neither air conditioning, heat, or any kind of ventilation was available in the room. We therefore had to sleep with the window open (even though it was raining outside). This resulted in quite a bit of street noise most of the night. Also, the bar was supposed to be open until 1 am was closed before 11:00 pm.

Great location…. A few minutes from airport… has parking which was a plus. Good breakfast…. The tram that takes you to the city center is right outside of the hotel, a huge plus that we discovered was there is a large supermarket 2min away that is a great resource of snacks, water, whatever else someone might forget to bring. I might stay here again..

The only negative about it, wasn’t the hotel, or the location, it’s that it’s also a favorite hang-out spot is right outside the hotel for some neighborhood trouble makers.

We had a family room which was nice to have 2 connected rooms and 2 bathrooms! It was at the end of the hall so very quiet. It also had a parking lot which was nice to have as we rented a car. There was a grocery store next store so it was very convenient. The staff was nice. They also took our luggage early and put them in our room once it was available. That way we could travel and not worry about luggage staying in the rented vehicle. Also, the tram station was right in front so it was easy to go downtown by transit.

Lovely room, very comfortable, well presented and equipped. Great breakfast, wide variety on offer. Very convenient for attractions as tram stop right across the road. Good parking.

In common with all the hotels on our trip, only one or two English speaking channels on the TV. Not a big thing but always a little disappointing.

The location is fantastic. You can get to the hotel by taking the tram and in a matter of 10 minutes tops you'll be there. Also, the tram has a stop right in front of the hotel which makes things very easy for all guests that want to move around the city. The personnel is very attentive and kind. The rooms are also very nice and comfortable.

I feel the hotel's infrastructure is a little old and not in a "classic way" but in the real sense of really old. For instance, the elevator does not seem quite as nice as the rest of the hotel and makes some sounds that might scare some guests. I feel the prices are a little elevated if I take into consideration the relation quality-price.

Very well equipped! Friendly staff. Good location. Near the Tram, a park and a supermarket. Easy to get to tourist sites via the Tram. Direct link to the main station. I wish I had stayed longer to really experience the hotel. Only stayed 1 night. Check-in and check out was straightforward.

The staff were helpful, the hotel was well positioned outside the hustle and bustle of the city but with easy access to the tram, breakfast was delicious and the room and bathroom were both a great size!

The shower temperature did tend to fluctuate a little but this was only a minor thing.

Parking, even small there were places available every day. Tram from front of the hotel directly to old city, 10 minutes ride.

The vent in the bathroom did not work and because no window and therefore the poor ventilation. Some permanent noise in the room, not very disturbing though.
