We loved everything about our stay here! The hotel is very clean, their staff is awesome, and the breakfast was great! My family even liked the little gift shop inside the hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastic. We checked in an hour early, so we went shopping and had dinner right across the way in the shopping center. Parking is on site and very well lit.

Breakfast is great!

The front desk personnel who checked us in seemed unhappy and preoccupied. when we approached. she didn't;t even acknowledge our presence appearing more focused on what she was doing than attending to us. on the other hand the two ladies at the front desk when we check out is very nice.

First time being there, great experience I got the king studio it looks amazing 4th floor saw the sunrise 🌅 exceptional experience 200 ish price and for their amenities!👌 they old and extra 100 in case you trash the place so just make sure you have enough. Also can’t wait for my next visit.

Noting not to like

The people that work here are very professional and try their hardest. Some things needed a person to fix things in our room. The breakfast was good.

Refrigerator in 2 rooms did not work. The bathroom door needed repaired and they didn’t have any parts to fix it. The refrigerator had to be replaced. The people here are very polite.

Breakfast needed bacon.

Our room was supposed to be for handicap, but they wanted to charge us more for accessibility; also the bed was very hard and not a pillow top, that was the main reason why I chose Hampton Inn. Next time if there is a next time, I'll call and ask for bed comfort, I can't sleep on a firm bed, that's why I'm handicap.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms had vinyl plank floors and no carpet. Breakfast was decent and the location was great while passing through El Paso.

Breakfast selection was great, full complement (except oatmeal runs out early). Coffee was plentiful but weak. Staff very friendly and breakfast area clean. The selection of snacks/wine in the shop was great. Housekeeping is "on demand" which is fine - we had a pass through cleaning on day 4.

I only stayed overnight so there’s it much to tell if you get there late at night and check out early morning!

Wide variety of breakfast food. Eggs, potatoes, sausage. Waffles, variety of juice, bagels, bread, English muffins. Located at the freeway with several restaurants nearby. Sink and toilet were separated by wall. Shower water temp well regulated.

A little more expensive than others in the city of El Paso.

Breakfast was good staff was friendly. I plan on staying there again

I would have liked a more comfortable bed, but to be fair it might be very comfortable for someone else.
