So close to chair lift and restaurant downstairs, served great coffee. The staff was so helpful A very nice area

Access to the village is hard to get to. Not many transport options. The hallway is to dark to see your room number

This place was fantastic, right on the slopes of Saks lifts at happo one. The staff are friendly and helped to arrange transfers and restaurants etc. rooms were clean and modern. Tv facilities were great.

The pillows could have been more comfy.

The property was great lots of room for a large group. Great position for Happo lifts. The staff were lovely.

It was a little expensive and a bit far away from places to eat. You could only book a guest bus for 2 people to shop for food so that was a bit inconvenient for a group of 8.

We stayed in the private cabin and it was wonderful. Such a lovely little spot which made the trip even more enjoyable. The cabin was always really warm and a nice place to relax in between skiing and eating. Fantastic service from all the staff in the hotel and the Rabbit Hole. Shout out to Rose and Travis were very friendly and approachable. Great shuttle service to most places we needed to get to.

The ladder upstairs in the cabin maybe wouldn’t be suitable to all guests but didn’t really bother us. Not all the Merch was available to purchase but not a major concern, just a shame missed out on getting a jumper/tee shirt.

Great location, really helpful staff throughout. Our booked accommodation was unfortunately having plumbing issues but we were upgraded to a bigger apartment which was very thoughtful.

To be honest, the daily cleaning of rooms was a bit lacklustre (e.g. no sheet change in 8 days), often not cleaned for several days. Probably needs to be listed as serviced apartment rather than hotel hotel in that regards

Chic and stylish accommodation with a restaurant next door that served an excellent breakfast with decent coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful and location was right next door to a chair lift. Very convenient.

Drying room was a little tight. More hanging space in the cabin would have been useful.

View from our room of the mountain was amazing also the restaurant food is exceptional and bar has the best cocktails as well as live music

Everything was great

fantastic location, easy walk to the Sakka quad, ski hire shop across the road, a free shuttle to take you to shops and bus stop. A great 3 bedroom apartment for our family of five.

our room was a bit noisy being right next to the bar - the door was very thin so noise from people in the corridor and bar came in easily, however the band finished at 9pm each night so it wasn’t a big problem.

Excellent Location, just 2 minutes to the Lift and ticket counter. Surround by great restaurant. Staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are modern and cozy. And worth all money you spent. Also has kitchen and space for group to enjoy dinner and party. Love the bar.

Only if there is a washing machine in the 3 and 4 bedrooms apartment would be perfect.

Great location. At the foot of Sakka slope, a 5 mins walk to Central Snow Hakuba to rent your gears, convenient pub for lunch and dinner. Helpful staff that went all out, from receptionists to drivers.

Many staff were new so their knowledge wasn't great. Only have assess to one Happo One Slope, have to cab to other places. Bathroom was incredibly small I must add
