Everything was absolutely amazing, the staff are incredible, so helpful and friendly. I seen reviews before I came, so I want to add, yes it's a Small bathroom but all bathrooms are that exact size in Japan if not smaller .I am 6,2ft in height and I had no problem having shower or using bathroom. The room itself was about 4 times bigger then my friends hotel room staying in centre of town . The property is super clean. A decent breakfast buffet , and the onsen was a huge treat, shuttle buses take you to any slope, the staff pick up and drop off. Awesome drying room. I highly recommend this place . I will be back . Thank you hotel abest team!

There was nothing I didn't like

Our family love breakfast and we stayed for 5 days. The breakfast was fantasitc - fresh, coloiurful, nutritious and delicious. Each day there was a new choice of mains, fruits, pastries etc. The service was exceptional as well- super friendly, polite, and attentive. About the Onsen - it is beautiful! The decor, the scenery, and the cultural teaching was very special. The guests before us saw a mother and baby snow monkey. About the service - so happy and friendly. We were able to make bookings for resturants, taxi, ski school etc without any problem. The staff were all very special and drove us out of their way on several occasions. The ease of use of all the facilities was also appreciated, especially the wonderful snow gear drying room, laundry, and restaurant. Thank you all.

This is a small family run hotel and the service was outstanding. Hakuba is very spread out and transport is difficult to navigate unless you hire your own car. The hotel helped us with transfers in the courtesy van to and from the bus terminal and local taxi bookings. The hotel has very basic rooms, but a lovely modern onsen and the breakfast room has a beautiful outlook onto snow covered trees.

The hotel is at the top of the beautiful wadano area - which is beautiful but transport is challenging. . Only two shuttles stop at the hotel - one to Goryu and one to Cortina. There are 3 restaurants that are walking distance but walking on snow/ice is tricky. The hotel is very close to Sakka and Happo One and they shuttle you there but you have to get back in the afternoon. Getting tacos is very difficult. I recommend you consider a hire car,

The hotel has a very cozy and modern look, yet homey feel, lobby. The room was spacious, the onsen was marvelous and equally important is the staff. They are super helpful and would go the extra mile to meet your needs. Bravo! I recommend this hotel to all my friends visiting Hakuba.

The Onsen and the staff were excellent ! The daily pow helped a lot also :-)

Price was quite high and it would be nice if the hotel shuttles could drive to some resorts other than nearby Happo.

This 3 star hotel was great value. Friendly staff, good family meal options, good western breakfast. Located close to a ski lift, the hotel ran a shuttle service for drop off and pick up from the snow.

Slow internet and wifi could be improved.

The facility had everything we needed for our stay.. a great drying room, washing facilities and good food and a bar.
