I previously stayed in this hotel in 2018 for a night since I was booked in one of the hotels in Sydney. Just wanted to feel how it was like staying around Parramatta and I wasn't disappointed. I had breakfast then in my room and the serving was really huge! Loved my American breakfast. When I again returned to Australia this October, I did not hesitate to stay in Holiday Inn Parramatta. Everything exceeded my expectation from the welcoming front office staff, the cleanliness of my room, the helpful and honest room cleaners, the hotel ambiance and its proximity to everything I enjoy doing. Lastly, I'd like commend the efficiency, honesty and kindness of the hotel service staff.

Wouldn't say I didn't like, but just a few things to match other 4 star hotels I've stayed in before. Maybe they could provide guests with bathroom robe, bedroom sleepers, shower cap and a body scrub towel.😉

I changed from another hotel due to parking not being suitable for my vehicle so I wasn't expecting to be so pleasantly surprised. Not only was the parking easy it was 2.1m, high enough for my 4WD. The reception area was immaculate and staff friendly. The room ( a twin room) was larger than expected as was the bathroom. Water was hot, shower over the bath, plenty of shampoo etc. 2 small hiccups, 1. the air con was too warm and we couldn't adjust it and the twin beds were pushed together. As this for myself and my adult daughter not such a big deal but of you were sharing with a friend, it was a bit "cosy" sleeping right next to them. Breakfast buffet was included and was very good with usual assortment of hot and cold offerings. It was an easy walk to Westfield and nearby restaurants, a pub with bistro is across the road. We just had 1 night for work related visit but would definitely stay here again if the occasion arose.

Twin beds pushed together. making it a bit too cosy for those who need a little space an air conditioning was too warm.

Everything. Location - perfect location. Easy to find. Walking distance to Westfield & Restaurants. Quick drive to Sydney Olympic Park. Parking - only $20 for on-site parking. Easy QR code to manage it. Arrival - I had a lovely check-in service. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Asked about my reason for staying - gave directions to restaurants, etc, I was after. Room - very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice shower pressure. TV worked. Free Wifi. Everything we needed for our 1 night stay. Checkout - left at 7. Friendly reception staff for that time of morning. We didn't eat breakfast in the restaurant, but it was very busy.

Nothing. Everything was great. Very happy. Will be staying there again.

I absolutely love staying at the Holiday Inn. The staff in all areas are beyond awesome. They all listen, are friendly and so caring. Staff go above and beyond to provide expecting and professional customer service. The room was so clean and I had no complaints at all! As a female travelling alone I always feel so safe staying at the hotel, staff will smile and check all is ok, especially in the evening and early mornings.the hotel is a brief walk from the station, Harris Park and Parramatta shopping. The route is safe to walk alone.

They have taken an extra $200 deposit and it is still pending. The lady said that we have not been charged anything but we still have a hold of $203.80 on our visa card. This seems a little excessive.It did say there was a coffee machine in our room but there was no coffee machine. There was coffee making facilities though. They said that they would take the $60 for the extra bed out of the $200 deposit and I believe this should have been finalised on checkout. We checked in Friday and checked out Sunday and we still have an amount of $203.80 pending which I am a bit annoyed about.

Second time I stayed within a couple of weeks, cannot thank the staff enough, they were so friendly and helpful. Irene remembered my name from the previous week and had me checked in quickly, as I arrived late at night and needed to eat something, Mary suggested a couple of places that should be open, a restaurant and a food truck, two minutes walk from the hotel. After dropping my bags in my room walked to the Nepalese restaurant and ate. Checking out the next morning, I think the Gentleman’s name was Galib, also very friendly. The location is great, I had stayed four nights the previous week, a ten minute walk to Parramatta Westfield and about 10-15 minutes walk to the various restaurants in Harris Park, depending on which direction you take, I liked the walk that crossed over the rail line at Harris Park Station as that took you almost straight to the restaurant area. Wish I could have stayed longer. The parking was $20 per night, got to park undercover every night during my two stays, so even though it was hot weather, the car was much cooler.

On arrival, was checked in by Pratham, he was delightful, very accommodating, the next morning the other Staff member remembered my name, but unfortunately I cannot remember her name, was something like Ari, a lovely Philipino lady, we chatted each time I walked in and out of the hotel, as I was catching up with many friends.

I had booked a back up wake up call in case my phone alarm did not work, did not get that call, but luckily my phone alarm did go off so I got to the airport ok

Great location, clean & well maintained hotel. Quiet & felt safe. Located 5 minute walk to the train station & also to the big Westfield Shopping Centre. Short train to Accor Stadium. We were in Sydney for the Taylor Swift concert at the Accor Stadium & this hotel was the perfect location. The lobby was decorated in Taylor Swift style & they were playing her music which was a great touch! So nice to arrive to this!

The hair-dryer! Definitely needs to be a more powerful hair-dryer. I only have shoulder-length hair & the hair-dryer provided was totally useless. Also, it needs better pillows. They were either too hard or too soft.

Breakfast is a must! Kids loved it each morning. room clean each day was excellent. Location great for city centre and trains. would stay again.

Lifts are bit clunky, and door opening extra slow, as I did trip exiting as the door opens with the lift 3inches below the floor. but they do work. A little maintenance will solve.

Perfect location- a 5min walk to Paramatta station. Spacious room with large,comfy bed. Lovely smelling toiletries. Fabulous friendly staff, happy to answer our questions & chat about our day So grateful there were free brollies available for the very wet weather!

Bathroom is a bit tired looking but some rooms are being renovated, so probably willbe updated soon.
