I really liked the accommodation! It was very nice, modern and clean, but they are currently working on a complete renovation of the building, so it will probably be even better in the future. The staff was very nice and helpful. The accommodation has a large and free parking lot. It is located on the outskirts of the city, but very close to the bus stop with excellent transport to Bologna city centre. Even in the evening hours it is super easy to get in and out of the city.

The only negative or perhaps I should say interesting thing is that there is a working prison in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, which gives the area an interesting atmosphere.

The hotel offers everything for a perfect stay in Bologna!

It was ideal for us for the car parking and the bus stop right outside, which was very regular and easy to get in and out to Bologna save us driving. The breakfast included was good. Comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff.

Noisy ac that kept us awake the first night and it was too hot, you can't control it in the room yourself, but we told reception staff the next morning and they turned it off for us, which was much better to be able to sleep and if cold there was blankets. The twin superior room we had was in need of an upgrade, especially the bathroom with a jacuzzi bath it was very tired.

Dear stuff, thanks a lot for the stay and your efforts to make it lovely. I want to say special thank you for the ladies from the kitchen who took care of my needs as vegetarian/vegan guest during breakfast. I truly appreciate this generous hospitality. The receptionists were also extremely friendly and helpful. We can recommend to everyone, especially with the car it's a great location to avoid entering the city center.

The reception and bar/breakfast area is nice and modern. Breakfast is very nice and fresh. The towels and bed linen are good quality. Free parking. The staff are very helpful. The bus stop is just outside and is regular and only 2euro to city centre.

There isn't anywhere to walk near the hotel however we spent all day and night in city centre. The bathrooms are dated and could do with refurb.

The Bleis hotel was a pleasant stay. We were there for seven nights. The room had a very comfortable atmosphere bed and a great shower. The property was very well maintained and very clean. The staff were fantastic. A special thanks to Gari & Iole for their kindness and hospitality. The breakfast was delicious and tons of variety. The area was very quiet. The bus stop was right in front of the property.

The air conditioning was not available for the property. Our room was very warm at times, but they did provide us with a fan which helped a great deal. We did have the patio door which was a help, but did not feel comfortable leaving it open while we were away or during sleeping either. Also no smart tv available, Netflix, YouTube, prime tv options. All the above were listed as amenities on booking.com.

Truly a beautiful place! For us it was very practical, just outside Bologna, and yet conveniently close to the Fiera. The Hotel is very pleasant, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and the staff very friendly. We were given spacious and comfortable rooms, the breakfast was rich

Great fresh hotel, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and in general well kitted room. Check in was quick, staff friendly and free parking made it very convenient. Breakfast exceeded our expectations like the hotel itself did. Highly recommended!

Nothing to mention.

What a find! This hotel was very good value, so much so that we worried that it was too good to be true. We arrived there and it was by far the nicest hotel we'd stayed in over our 10 day trip to Northern Italy - many of these other hotels had cost three times the price! Our room was in the annex and so we suspect these might be the better rooms, but not sure as we didn't see the others. It was lovely! Tasteful, fresh and clean. Very well equipped. Everything taken care of. The hotel is located at the edge of Bologna but the 25 bus is very regular and reliable - just a 2 minute walk away. nothing! we really liked it

We requested a quiet room and were happy the hotel could oblige. The room was spacious and everything was in working order. Staff was as helpful as it was friendly, couldn´t have wished for more. Breakfast was good as well, with selection being just the right balance between variety and preventing waste, with sweets not being in short supply and the coffee being more than decent. For those travelling by electric car: The hotel has chargers available and allows guests to charge for a very friendly fee. Parking in general was free as well, and there's a bus stop a stone's throw away from the hotel taking you right to central station. Making this a really good location if you travel by car and also intend on visiting other cities in the area.

Despite being well-connected, the location is rather remote, at the edge of Bologna's outskirts. Meaning there's little to do or see, with no bakeries or restaurants in the direct vicinity. Then again, this isn´t much of an issue, given the fact the hotel has you covered for breakfast and dinner, if you would prefer so.
