We had a really pleasant stay at Zoe Bistro and Accommodation in Kilrush. Greg and Barbara are a lovely couple and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was exactly as described – comfortable, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. It’s clear they put a lot of love and care into their property. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – easily one of the best we’ve had during our time in Ireland. Freshly baked croissants and bread, all home-cooked, along with a generous spread that set us up perfectly for the day. Greg and Barbara were attentive hosts throughout, and nothing was too much trouble. A truly enjoyable stay – highly recommended if you’re visiting the Kilrush area.

Second time staying here. Great service. Spotless. Comfortable beds. Fridge, kettle and microwave in the rooms are a big bonus. We had requested a twin room if at all possible. The host was so accommodating. He didn’t have a twin room but instead, on the day, offered us the family suite which was two rooms (a double and two singles). It was perfect. The breakfast is pay as you go but definitely worth it. The array of food was amazing and delicious. We went away full up and the lady even gave us a bag to take the leftovers with us! I am dairy free and this was totally accommodated. We couldn’t have asked for more. Location is perfect with on street free parking.

Nothing.

Greg was very welcoming ... a true host that made us feel valued. Vety Knowledgeable about what to do in the area and even promoted the bar meet door Buggles with music session and time You can tell Zoes is a labour of love A personal welcome and intro to an alreafy prepared individual table by Barbara was exquisite 👌 Honestly if you're passing Kilrush ...this breakfast served from 8am to 9.30am is better than some 5 star hotels... i won't spool the surprises but everyone should try it! And IS GREAT VALUE Thank you Barbara and Greg And for boxing up our Croissants too which were enjoyed on the Cliff Walk... amazing 👏 we will be back!

Zoe is located right in downtown Kilrush. There is adequate street parking. We never had a problem finding a near-by parking space. The owner Greg, his wife and daughter are extremely nice people. This was our second time staying with them. It is only an hours drive from Shannon Airport and we used Zoe as our first stop after the flight to Shannon and our last stop before flying home. Their breakfast was the best we had on this trip and can be described as gourmet. Kilrush is a great, friendly little town. Try the Haven Arms for atmosphere and food. Zoe did well by us and was reasonably priced.

Nothing.

Greg was a great host and actually upgraded us to a bigger flat where all 4 of us could stay (instead of 2 smaller rooms across the street). It was roomy, decorated so well, cozy, had all we needed, and it was great to just relax and chat with our family while we at at the nice dining table and the comfortable living room. Our only complaint is that the mattress in the main bathroom downstairs is awful! It was lumpy, soft, and not comfortable at all. It made me fall into the middle and my husband wasn't comfortable either. We didn't sleep well because of it! It's obviously an older mattress and definitely needs to be upgraded to match the rest of beautiful flat which was wonderful! Sorry to be so honest, but we thought you need to know a new mattress is needed! Loved the rest of the place though! Thanks!

Sorry I put it all up above.

Our arrival at Zoe was initially a bit unsettling, as there was no one on-site and we had to make a phone call. However, any worries vanished the moment Greg crossed the street to warmly greet us and show us to our room. Up a short set of steps, we discovered a comfortable and very spacious room, complete with an equally generous bathroom featuring classy toiletries and a delightful waterfall shower. Internet was excellent, and convenient street parking was always available. The two single beds, typical of many hotels in UK and Europe, were exceptionally comfortable and cozy. The true highlight, though, was the included breakfast, prepared and served by Greg himself, with his wife Barbara and daughter Laura assisting. This was no ordinary hotel breakfast – everything was fresh, plentiful, absolutely delicious, and remarkably classy, making for a truly memorable start to our day. While in the area, don't miss the Kilkee Cliffs not from town, one of the reasons we were there.

Aside from the initial arrival hiccup, our stay was flawless. In fact, our only real regret was having to leave and miss another of those amazing breakfasts!

What a wonderful b&b to stay in,if it was possible I’d give them much more than 5 stars. The food was fantastic. I’m going to miss it however it was super filling and nutritious. Kept me full for the day! The rooms are absolutely beautiful and extremely well cleaned, accompanied with all the amenities you need to keep you going. The owners and staff are such lovely, friendly people always extremely accommodating and attentive. It is impossible for me to find anything to criticise this place on. It was the best place I’ve ever stayed in.

Everything was absolutely sublime.

Zoe Accomodation was a real gem. We took a bus from Ennis and Zoe's is conveniently located just a block away from the bus stop. Room was clean, cozy and really quiet. Breakfast was exceptionally good. It is not included in the price, but it was definitely worth the extra cost. We also got some very good tips on what to see and do in Kilrush that made our stay memorable.

Hard to imagine what could've been better. Even the weather was good during our stay.

Wonderful hospitality by Greg and Barbara. Rooms are so clean and comfortable with all you need. Breakfast is a such real treat of homemade fresh baking, fresh fruit, homemade Granola and then cooked to order hot option. It will set you up for the day. Nicest breakfast I have ever had. Will definitely recommend it to friends , family and work colleagues. Look forward to visiting Zoe again. Jackie 👏😊

This place was great and the hosts were wonderful. Breakfast was amazing and there was free parking on the street and 1 block away at a city lot. Location was right near the center of everything in town but not noisy at night. En suite room was small but bed was large and room had every comfort one needs.

I prefer to have temperature control in the room, but this does not really ever seem to be available in Ireland in the summer, so I can't really count it as a negative of this place. Also, FYI there are stairs to climb to the room, but again this is pretty much the norm.
