We had the loveliest welcome and could check in a little early. Our room was spacious and clean with a small milk, tea and coffee provided. It was a short walk to the beach and sunrise there was spectacular and worth getting up for! Sea lions sometimes. Frequent the beach. There were two bus lines to the city centre just around the corner, that went every 15 mins or so) and cost $3 per person each way (but you need cash). A guest laundry is available but again you need coins.

The road to the beach was frequented by drivers with cars whose engines were adjusted to make loud noise. They were unpleasant. There are places to eat but not offering much that is healthy. We used the motel to explore the Otago Peninsula and for this it was perfect. Only 35 minutes to the albatross sanctuary and within easy drives to sandfly bay and other lovely places.

We loved our stay at Asure Adrian. Our apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is perfect, we had a car thus moving around was not a problem. It is located only 300m from the St Kilda beach. The highlight of the stay was that we witnessed ‘Aurora’ from outside our apartment and then headed to the beach to see some spectacular views of aurora over the beach.

The property was spacious very clean with excellent amenities being provided. The owner was most friendly and accommodating. It is in a good location close to the city with free parking. It was worth every bit what we paid for getting value for dollar. We would definitely stay there again happily.

The Motel was easy to locate and had excellent parking and security cameras that helped us feel at ease. The room was large, with a great selection of cooking utensils. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was great, and the shower was amazing! You won't be disappointed with the proximity, and the owners really make the Motel a fantastic place to stay - thank you Sally.

5 Minute walk to St Clair beach and 5 minute drive to the most amazing cafe at the south end, this motel is central, very comfortable and affordable. The beds were super comfy and though we didn't request it, they provided fresh towels and a room clean. Thank you for a short but amazing stay.

Location was convenient for getting around the city as well as getting out of the city. It is well positioned for visiting the Royal Albatross Centre and Penguins on the headland. The supermarket was nearby. Parking was simple, safe and right outside the door. Magazines available to borrow from Reception that were new, clean & current. Bed comfy & plenty of hot water. Kitchen facilities very complete too--equipment and dining area

Simple facilities with everything you could need. The staff were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to meet our needs.

It was hard to dry clothes - there was a pay drier and clothesline and air drier but it was raining. Not the accommodations fault but it was difficult to dry wetsuits etc

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The gardens were beautifully cared for. The room was very clean. We cooked a simple meal on our first night and had nearly everything we needed. And it was a freezing day when we arrived, but the rooms heated up fast and stayed warm. My sons enjoyed borrowing DVDs from the office and the proximity to the "Dinosaur park" and the beach is fantastic.

Not a major issue, but the ceiling light was very dim and the bedside light was very bright. But generally very good.

We appreciated the location near the beach and other area attractions. The host was very helpful in local activity recommendations and we appreciated having a kitchen where we could cook our own food.

The shower didn’t have a separate pan and any time someone showered it got the whole bathroom all wet. It also was a bit odd having the larger bed in the living room and the twin beds having their own room.
