First thing first. We tend to stay in apartments and this was the first time in a while we did the resort experience. And it was great. Our accommodation was fairly simple but the family 2nd room made all the difference. Also if you come to a resort to sit in your room the whole time maybe it is not for you. Kusadasi as a place have a few things to do but you do it once and you are done. What made this resort great is the large assortment of activities so you can come for a week and never get bored. I don’t think this will appeal for the single young crowd, but it’s the best you are going to get for a family experience. We loved it. The waterpark is the cherry on top and I literally spent 3 hours a day for 5 days in a row with my young son on the rides. Which is great because with the amount of fine food and food choices they provide in the buffet there is a very good chance you may leave the resort with many added kilograms. I still miss my dinner chocolate cake with ice cream….so much… So, in conclusion, its a great experience, its clean, its big so you don’t feel the crowds of weekend tourists. In my view, and I can only provide my honest opinion, people that gave this place low scores are focusing on the wrong things. If toiletries is your main concern on a resort stay, then you are looking for something to moan about. It was a lovely stay in a lovely place and our thanks to the Resort. We felt like valued guests.

Over the weekend the buffet goes mental with all the local guests, but that was easy to fix by just adjusting our timings. Otherwise not anything of significance to moan about

The main pool outdoors was heated and there was an indoor heated pool. Our hotel room had a massive balcony, the views were exceptional. The buffet had a great selection. The facilities for kids are just phenomenal. The beach is perfect for families - private, no one harassing you. The mini disco and kids club were a hit with the kids. We had never been to Turkey before and I think this location for a family is perfect. The staff were lovely, we felt very much at home. The scenery and water clarity... Excellent! A short drive into Kusadasi town for a shop (which was also a very pleasant experience). We will be back!

Pool towels!!! I had to beg almost every day for these to be put out and made available. Fresh towels kept running out. If you arrived at the pool in the later afternoon, for sure you would need to message guest services and ask for towels to be replenished. It was really annoying.

The hotel got quite busy yet there was no towel card system in place i.e. you could get as many towels as you wanted for the pool so people were taking lots and leaving them on beds. This meant quite often there were no both no towels and no sunbeds left. We were often told to come back later for a towel or go elsewhere in the hotel to get some. In the afternoons, we removed others' towels in order to get a bed. We didn't have this issue last year as there was a card system (one towel per card), so we were disappointed by this. It seems petty but you really don't need that stress when on holiday.

I had a great time with my family. Huge landscape and a lot of stairs. Many pools. A heated outdoor and indoor pool. Amazing variety of buffet for the main meals. Spacious room and good quality. Nice sauna free of charge. Nice beach front will a bar for drinks until 5pm.

Kids club was confusing and we could not find activities until the last day. There is a huge arcade room besides the main restaurant that you need to pay. So very annoying to stimulate my 4-year-old to play arcade before every meal in a beach resort. There was no menu in the bars, so I could ask for well known global alcoholic drinks. Only secondary brand spirits… food is no available 24. We arrived 21.30h and needed to wait until 23h for the late dinner. Room service had additional charge. Staff was kind but not very helpful for requests. English poorly spoken :(

The facilities were fabulous, food was available 20 hours a day and there was always something for everyone, bar is open 24 hours. We were doing 18,000 steps a day just around the resort. Fab staff, especially all the bar staff. Entertainment every night. Pools were always clean, with lots of towels and sun loungers available. Nice that they have an indoor pool too as my son burns with the sun. Paddle boards and canoes were free of charge. Local bus brings you into town for 15 lira every 15 minutes. Free WiFi available throughout the resort, some parts better than others but considering the size of the place it’s pretty good signal. Luckily for us we got a great deal on the price of our stay too.

We stayed in early October and booked two rooms in the main building and club room a bit far from everything. The room in the admin building was good with a sea view. What we loved in this hotel was the amazing view, lovely sea and especially the concept of meal (not a buffet style) in all bars.

The club room for three people was located in a green area with a fantastic view to the sea, however the room itself was outdated and the single bed was not comfortable. The room was basic. Lack of WiFi in the club room. Consider walking up and down if you stay in the club room. The lift to the beach did not work for 4 days. Overall, our stay was wonderful and I will recommend this hotel but with accomodation in the main building.

It was our first trip to Turkey. We didnt know what to expect and were pleasantly thrilled. - We took a large club room for family of 4. It was spacious with good views as soon as we go out. Room facilities are not luxurious and a bit worn out, but the purpose of the room is not to stay in the room, so its ok. 😉 - Food choices are very diverse. There is something for everyone. Wide range of vegetarian and meat options. - Has a Private clearwater green beach and excellent views from across the hotel. Lots of swimming pools and water slides for kids. There were different entertainment programs every evening in the Amphi theater. - There were many paid activities like scuba diving, buggy driving, para sailing, horse riding, etc. - Lots of space for a walk or stroll. City center is 15 min by Bus (20 Lira). - Pack swimming gear, inflatable floaters for pool, scuba masks,

1) There was a lot of food waste. At the least there should be message boards to warn people to not waste the food. 2) The place is so big with so many activities, it was not easy for a first timer to find information about the events and activities.

First time we have experienced all-inclusive. Worked well.

Rated 5 star but not equivalent to 5 stars in the UK. Couldn’t regularly get non-dairy milk. When we arrived the room didn’t have any coffee/tea or mini bar drinks in it. Towels were thin not what you would expect with a 5 star rating. No hand soap in one of the bathrooms. Pools towels ran out. No towels in the spa area. Very busy on a couple of days difficult to find places to sit and needing to queue to collect food.

Everything is good organized and staff was with everything always helpful. The location is amazing with huge pools but also a long beach with sand instead of stoned and the sea is so beautiful and clean. Dozens of various foods, desserts and fresh fruits. You can make amazing pictures at this hotel.

There is no pharmacy near to the hotel. You must take the dolmus in front of the hotel for 0.50 EUR per person and drive 15 min to city center.

Our recent stay at Pine Bay was nothing short of exceptional. As a family of seven, we were treated to a luxurious experience, beginning with our stunning infinity villa. The panoramic ocean views were breathtaking, and the private pool was impeccably maintained. The resort's culinary offerings were equally impressive. We enjoyed delicious meals at several of their restaurants, with Su, the seafood restaurant, being a particular highlight. The cabanas provided a serene and private retreat along the beach. For those traveling with elderly family members, the resort's staff was incredibly accommodating. Their golf cart transportation service was a lifesaver, ensuring easy access to all areas of the property. The small but exhilarating aquapark was a hit. The resort's prime location, nestled within a picturesque bay, added to its allure. Evening entertainment shows were quite fun to watch, and most of the hotel guests were gathering to watch. One of the most memorable aspects of our stay would be what happened after we checked out and left the resort. For our last night in Turkey, we had booked a 3 bedroom suite by the Izmir beach close to the old bazaar. The resort driver took us there, and when we arrived, we realized that such a place did not exist and it was a fraud. Our driver and resort staff helped us a lot to figure out what to do next. The driver patiently waited for us to find another place nearby, and he helped by making phone calls and visiting the hotel we found to make sure about our safety and comfort. The hotel staff followed up by calling us and also calling the hotel that we had found to ensure that everything was in order. They also offered us to come back to the resort, which we would have loved, but we had already plans for shopping and visiting Izmir. This experience at the end was really thoughtful, and we appreciate that.

While not a major issue, I did find that upon check-in, it would have been helpful to receive more detailed information about the resort and its amenities. If you have any questions or need assistance, I recommend contacting the guest relations team via WhatsApp. They were always quick to respond and provide helpful information.
