The hotel is very good and comfortable with friendly, patient and helpful staff. The pools are big and well maintained. We were in the main building and it is very suitable for families with children. The food was variable and in big amount. The entertainment team is really very attractive and deserves big applause for the efforts to make the vacation different and amazing! 👌

My main disappointment was that our room was not ready for the check-in time and we had to wait after the long traveling. The facilities are very good, but not enough for the capacity of the hotel. Sometimes, the elevators, the long chairs on the pools and chairs and tables on bars were less than the people, and you are wasting time to look around for chairs, to wait for empty elevator. The snack in the afternoon was available only on the beach, which is not comfortable because of the location of the beach.

Food availability for vegetarians was good, always some choice, good fresh vegetables and salads. Huge amount of local deserts - you will need some self control. Good clean hotel and recreation areas. Staff always helpful as they can be - given I could only speak english. Villa was great - aircon worked well for night time. Realxing place to be - exactly what you need.

Only some very minor points, Some details on local travel and costs, things to see and do away form the resort to break up the stay would be good. Mini golf area needs some updates.

Brilliant amenities. Lots of options for the children. Tractor rides to and from the beach. Great slection of food. Staff friendliness and willingness to help. Beach restaurant cafe and bar. Aircon in 40 degress of heat!

Ran out of certain popular items of food and beverages for a number of days until replenished. Guests towel hogging the sunbeds and not being there half the day. Overpriced internal shops and add-ons. Poor optional restaurant facilities - better at the all inclusive!

Lovely resort, beautiful view. Beds very comfortable. Water left & towels changed everyday which was great. Loads of sun loungers available throughout the day. Staff were lovely from beginning to end.

Air con was very poor making it hard to sleep. No shampoo or conditioner which i found odd. Music & dj very loud, shouting into the mic, couldn't have a conversation on the sun loungers, even far away from the speaker & evening when we're trying to have dinner it was the same. Saying that, it was great if you've kids as they enjoy themselves. Hotel shop extremely dear. Told us 1 price, tapped the card & it was 4 times what he'd told us. bring what you're going to need.

The breakfast was enjoyable, but it did start to feel a bit repetitive over time. When we shared our feedback with the manager, they took action and made some improvements to the dinner menu for a few nights, which was appreciated. Additionally, they suggested trying out the other restaurants available on-site for more variety. Staff are just amazing throughout the hotel. All of them. Selcuk and Mert in the bar. Yavuz and Yigit to drive you to villas and the highlight is the entertainment team, specifically MO.

The bathroom needs a facelift. Bed are not comfy enough for people suffering from back problem.

Labranda Ephesus Princess it really is an amazing hotel, well located with great facilities. It has absolutely huge grounds, well cared for and fantastic views as it's high up facing the sea. It has a wonderful view both of the sea and of the mountains on the other side of the bay. The rooms are spacious, well designed and very clean. All the staff is so friendly and helpful. The service is excellent. If you have a problem talk to them or go to the Guest Relations and for sure they will find a solution. The entertainment team does a great job both during the day - at the pool and in the evenings, including activities for kids, circus, traditional dance, magic and club. Just join their activities and you’ll make lots of friends.  They are so fun and energetic really go out of their way to make people smile! If you really want to pamper yourself and feel rejuvenated you can go to the spa and have a hammam and choose from the variety of massages they can offer you there. The food is delicious and diverse so you won’t get bored because you have a wide range of choices. And if you want something different you can reserve for free one of the a la carte restaurants: Turkish, Italian, Lebanese or Fish (the last one is on the beach and the sunset view is wonderful). And at lunch if you don’t want to leave the beach you can have your meal there where there are also plenty of choices of food: pizza, pasta, burgers, salad, etc.. Lots of drink choice and as long as you're inventive the bar staff can make anything really. There are various pool areas from where you can admire the Aegean sea while drinking a cocktail and reading a book. Kids have also their own special place where they can live their fairytale full of fun: a small aquapark with pool and waterslide. During the day I personally preferred to go to the beach and lying there for hours and doing nothing, just listen to the sound of waves and empty my mind of all thoughts.

Nice place to stay with your friends. We had an amazing sea view from a top floor main building, loved it so much. We didn't like our first offered room but staff was very nice and gave us this wonderful room.

Staff was hardly speaking English. Quality of local spirits and cocktails is poor.

Food variety was huge and quality consistently great. Staff were all so friendly and amazing. We were there when the wildfire occurred and the staff were brilliant. The spa is absolutely fantastic and the staff are very skilled and friendly.

The room we were in shared a wall with a bar area so all night we could hear chairs scraping which kept us awake.

Really great customer service. Our flight was cancelled so I contacted the hotel and they allowed us a late check out included by moving the booking which really helped maximise our stay. Pools were great, clean, spacious and didn’t feel too crowded at all. Food was a good range and overall really great stay.

Only downside was the lifts were quite busy but not much the hotel can do about that!

Variety of food was satisfying and it was delicious. Helpful staff and very comfortable beds! Overall everything was very good and considering the price, it was a good deal! Don't forget to use restaurants as well.

Only problem was air conditioning. Luckily we stayed in June and weather in the evening was cool but during the day AC wasnt effective, would be really a big problem if it was July/August.
