I liked absolutely everything. We had an all-inclusive package. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks are excellent. We spent the entire time in the hotel, as we didn't want to go anywhere. In addition, we took advantage of the SPA services and these are some of the most pleasant experiences.

In the summer period, cold coffee is a separate pleasure, despite our all-inclusive package, cold coffee is charged separately. I think this moment the hotel management needs to be improved. It is also possible to rent large square sunbeds for a separate fee, in my opinion all sunbeds near the pool should be free for residents.

Havent had breakfast

As is all inclusive everything was good especially the stuff and the food from the snack bar! However drinks are very limited. You cannot only offer non alcoholic drinks juices and post mix. Only pinnaple juice and cranberry juice and as a non alcoholic beverage ??? Would be amazing do add some mojitos everyone loves them with or without alcohol. Also some frozen drinks ! All u need is just use some blenders and its done ! Minimum efforts on drinks food is improved from previous years. Sunbeds MUST change rules !!! You cannot allow peope to throw towels and keep the sunbeds taken for 5-6 hours witho anyone using them !! This is unacceptable !

This hotel is great value for money, we had a lovely stay. The facilities, food and room were all great. The location, beach, pools, buffet and property are all very nice, with warm hospitality. It was my boyfriends 30th birthday and they surprised him with a bottle of wine and fruit plate in the room (I didn't even have to ask!). The hotel is in close proximity to Nissi Beach which is very nice. Overall great stay and good value for money. Also if you love cats, there are many cute ones around the property!

I would not agree that this is a 5 star hotel, however I didn't mind so much as the price was low. It is great, with lovely facilities however you can tell the quality is not at 5 star level compared to other 5 star hotels I have been to. Like I say, I don't mind so much as we definitely did not pay a price comparable to a 5 star hotel elsewhere.

There were lots of options for breakfast. Nice beach with a private feel. Nissi beach within 10-15 minutes walk. Lovely sea view from the balcony.

I burned my hand on the kettle handle. It wasn’t switching off automatically. One of the bath robes had a hole in it. The drawer in a bedside table was slanted. I couldn’t use it. Also when I just arrived one of the beds looked used, as if someone was lying or sitting on it. So attention to detail in the room was not the strongest.

Location, the look of the hotel, nice view from the window, cool balcony, indoor swimming pool, comfortable room, some staff members were super nice. It's nice to see a mixture of nationalities among hotel employees.

Awful sound of furnitures being moved. Even though I was on the top floor, the noise was unbearable. Food was not excellent, limit of drinks for all inclusive guests, very bad quality juices, too bad the swimming pool was closing at 6pm

The room size. The location with a beach just outside the hotel, the pools, the outdoor beds, it has a lot of outdoor space. Very efficient in terms of waiting time for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

There is no beef. For a 5-star hotel, there is only pork and chicken. There is no smoked salmon for breakfast. If you are on the all-included regime, you don't get bottle drinks like water, sparkling water, or coke. Everything is on the tap, and the quality is much worse.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and a great swimming area. The breakfast and dinner options were outstanding, with a variety of delicious sweets as well. The staff, however, truly made our stay unforgettable. They were so friendly and welcoming that we even started calling some of them by Georgian names, as they felt more like friends than hotel staff. For example, we nicknamed Piter from the Sunset Bar as Giorgi, the girl at the reception as Tako. Our biggest surprise was Kostas at the reception. He has a deep interest in languages, and his knowledge amazed us, especially considering that Georgian is from such a small country. Kostas knows some Georgian words, including “gaamot,” which was particularly surprising for us. He’s also familiar with Georgian history (including Abkhazia and South Ossetia) and can even write "Georgia" in the Georgian alphabet (საქართველო). His friendliness and impressive linguistic knowledge truly stood out and made our stay even more special.

The hotel is amazing! New, modern and luxurious. Rooms are more than comfortable,pools are clean and nice, several bars are available outside. Quality of the food is great.

The rooms are joint. There is a door inside your room that devides you and the neighbor room,and you can hear everything. So not ideal. Also not all of the stuff were so much polite. Many of them were slow to serve drinks with lunch or dinner,most of the time we waited 30min. But The thing that really annoyed me was that in 6 pm they were ordering everyone to go out of the pools , by whistling! Like we were in some sort of a camp…..? Not to mention that’s the most enjoyable part of the day to sunbathe. Also this is good to know: the sun-beds on the beach are not belonging to the hotel but to the city, so they charge. They are cheap but still.

Once of the best 5 star hotels I have seen. Personnel is very attentive, always smiling and ready to help. All questions are solved within several minutes. Food quality and drinks variety is great! Location is also perfect - 2 min walk to the beach. Rooms are modern - light, curtains, AC conditioner all are controlled elctrically from modern touchpads. Indoor pool water quality is checked by specialist every morning, outdoor pool is cleaned every day and surroundings are washed with Karcher high pressure water. If you have all inclusive package you get 3 free of charge a la carte restaurants, local alcoholic drings and cockyails are also nice, wide variety. They have also nice gym, spa center, kinds room with everyday agenda. Each evening free of charge music with life singer.

Then only cons - if you want to get large sunbed - you need to wait from 7:00 morning, untill pool guard whistles at 8:00 and then you can book it with your towels, so many people are waiting and it incovenient. Also there could be more animations for children.
