It is a new hotel, very clean with parking and all the necessary amenities. It is close to the airport and the city as well. Although we did not pay for breakfast, because our flight was very early, we were offered coffee and juice.

I loved the room - very clean and professional. I also liked the breakfast and the attitude of the staff. I loved how Gillermo at reception was always very attentive and professional!! Amazing experience, I will definitely be back👍☀️😍

The only thing I would maybe suggest to have MORE VARIETY of food at breakfast, something different and more varieties (hams, cheese, scrambled eggs, etc...) and not always the same....the rest was everything perfect!!! THANK YOU🤗

Located close to the airport, approx 10 mins by taxi from T4. Perfect for an overnight stay, clean, modern and comfortable. Close to restaurants, plus a great eating / relaxing area which we used to order in dinner from Uber Eats. Fantastic continental breakfast with plenty of choice for just 8 euros. Super friendly staff.

Typical for Ibis Budget, shower is in room, so no privacy if you are staying with friends, but I knew this when booking, so not an issue for me.

Just to say I did not request a quiet room , that is why I did not answer that question. The only thing I missed was having lemons at breakfast to put the juice in my warm water that I drink every day at home. I just assumed there would be lemons, because they are so good for your organs, especially your liver. I LOVED that the rooms were brand new, and there were boiled eggs and the wifi connection was perfect as well and when I came in the late evening I still had the chance to eat at the holiday Inn across the street.How nice to support each other. That made me feel you really cared about your customers. Loved the shuttle service to the airport. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I give you a happy 10 and thank you for your professionalism. Will always recommend you to all my friends that will be going to the Madrid airport.

Just no lemons. Maybe had I asked for some there would have been some. But I did not request them. However, there were oranges and kiwis and apples...... etc

We booked this hotel as a stopover in Madrid as we were moving back to Ireland. From the moment we arrived the staff were chatty, attentive and really helpful. We have stayed in pet-friendly hotels and this hotel was hands down the friendliest, to the point that the reception staff gave our dog a dish of water, which he welcomed after flying on a plane and riding a taxi. The room itself, was clean and comfortable and it made for a good evening's sleep and it is handy to the airport. It is about 10 minutes from Terminals 1, 2, 3 and about 15 minutes from Terminal 4. Overall, great value for money, great staff and definitely would be a hotel we would stop by in the future. Thank you so very much for having us.

This is a perfect hotel if you need to get into an early flight or arrive late. It is very basic but it is clean and rooms are nicely decorated. We booked shuttle service in advanced and it worked very well ($5 per person) although it does not run often (every hour) and it is shared with 2 other hotels. We didn't try the breakfast.

Our room was small and very rudimentary, with an odd design. Shower and sink in the bedroom. Only toilet is independent with another door. I would not stay for more than one night, but as a stop on the way to or from the airport, is perfect! No need to spend more money in fancier hotels. It was clean, modern and comfortable.

Hotel: It would be nice to have a small complimentary bottle of water and a glass or cup in the room. The shuttle bus service from, then, to airport: If you have plenty of time on your hand, which I didn't, then waiting for the delayed shuttle bus to arrive on time, then all the stops it makes before arriving to the hotel or to the airport. Each way is only €5, Excellent value. But insure to allow plenty of time between hotel pick-up and airport.

The hotel just opened late last year I think, so it's completely brand new and clean hotel. The bed is comfortable. Good for an overnight stay. No nearby shops around the area, so it's good that they provided vending machines for snacks/coffee at the lobby.

Location is quite deceiving. It's not as near to the airport as you think and not very accessible by public transportation. Taxi could still cost you around 30 Euros or 20 Euros by Uber to/from the airport. They provide airport shuttle service but waiting time and availability is limited. For single occupancy, the room is ok. But if you're a couple, the space might be a bit small and lacks privacy because it's a semi-open bathroom.

Breakfast was served early, which is convenient, 8€ standard selection, not much gluten free options. Location not the best, there was nothing around

I didn’t expect to give my credit card, as I had paid through Booking.com, they said it was a deposit in case some damage was done. The shuttle from the airport didn’t offer many pick up times, so I ended up getting a taxi, which was pretty expensive ( 38€). Luckily I did book shuttle hotel-airport (5€)

Nice and new building. Nice European-style breakfast and friendly staff. For its location, it is easily accessible from the city center with one metro and a bus. Very clean and quiet rooms and value for money.

The "bathroom", has no privacy. It is separated into 3 areas. The design could be much better to fit them all into one space, given that the rooms are quite spacious.
