Good for overnight stay or layover, relatively near the airport with a free shuttle service included. Nearer to Terminals 1 2 and 3, than Terminal 4, but the shuttle stops at every one of them. Well appointed, clean, quiet rooms, comfortable beds. Good breakfast! Not really meant for tourism in Madrid, best for airport layovers.

The shuttle took a long time to arrive in terminal 4 because of a change in shifts. We waited for an hour. The area where the hotel is situated looks a bit run down and looks like an abandoned industrial area.

So grateful for this little plain vanilla hotel that has a shuttle to the Madrid airport and a nice little breakfast buffet. I don't need to be entertained near the airport. I just need a place to sleep between flights and this is a perfect option for Madrid. I have stayed here each time I have visited Spain because of connecting flight issues and it's the right place at the right price.

I wish the breakfast was a little healthier - fruit, cheese, chia seeds, nuts. There was a lot of cake and sugary things but that is just not a good way to start the day.

Very friendly front desk both on arrival and departure. Clean, modern room. We were only there for one night on the way back to the USA. Coffee free and good. WiFi charging easy to access. Taxi arrived on time.

Couldn't get the AC fan to work in the room. Probably because we were tired and went to bed right away to get up for an international flight the next morning. Bedside light flickered, but didn't have it on long so not a big deal.

The situation, just in front of some abandon place and to near to the highway.Worst of all, I wanted an hotel with transfer to the airport but in the morning, the service start at 7 am when I need to be at the terminal at 6.15 am

It was written in the description of the hotel on Booking.com that you don’t to pay something before check in, even for cancellation no other penalties. In reality, on the next morning after I booked the room from my bank account the hotel took money for the first night. It wasn’t a problem but it’s not matching with description on Booking.com

Nice hotel to spend the nite if you are catching a flight the next day. The area is horrible as there is nothing but other little hotels, the motorway, and really awful streets. I do not get out!!!

the area.. it is not next to the airport.. all hotels are around 18 kms away!!! the taxi goes around it takes like 30 mins or so... you can only spend the nite.. nothing to do outside the hotel!!!

Staff was very friendly, considerate and accommodating. The whole place was impeccably clean, including the rooms. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Nespresso machines are available to use around the facilities and in the room.

The breakfast buffet was good but a bit pricey (average compared to other hotels, but just pricey compared to what you would pay for breakfast at a cafe)

Staff at reception were really helpful and friendly. Great location from the airport: 20 euros in an airport taxi and complimentary airport shuttle back again.

Being so close to the airport, it is noisy with flights once they start in the morning. And I would have liked a coffee making facility in the room.

Staff was very helpful and kind even very late at night. Property and room were clean, nice and a frankly very pretty. There was a security guard in the lobby all night. Shuttle to airport.

Better for if you’re going to the airport or have regular use of Uber/taxi to get downtown. Too far from metro but there is a bus that you can near a station with. The hotel is in a warehouse area which is understandable being so near the airport but just be aware probably not walkable.

Excellent place to stay in before or after your flight. The staff was very professional and friendly, the room was clean and modern (with excellent air conditioning) and the breakfast was quite good either, in terms of quality and variety of food to choose from. Recommend!
