Comfortable, clean, quality inclusions. Great to have a coffee machine. I enjoy places that provide decent quality kitchen utensils that make self catering easy. This was the case with our apartment. The pool was lovely and warm for the kids to swim, and me! Table tennis with quality net, bat and balls. These are little things but are the difference between a place that offers genuine hospitality and others.

My pet hate is hotels and accommodation that make up beds with doonas between two sheets. It’s cheap. It’s summer and we don’t want the doona and practically need to remake the bed to simply have a single top sheet.

Lovely complex, great facilities, easy for kids to get to and from pool/ gym/ tennis court. Apartment was setup for easy living/ bits and bobs, fresh bathrooms/ kitchens, everything worked easily. comfy beds/ couches/ pillows... All the things you need to feel at home on holidays.

Couldn't charge ebike - though reception offered to take it into the office for charging - I didn't need to in the end. Would be great if you could hire ebikes from the location like some other places, but it's not a big deal. Getting in/ out of pool/ facilities etc you need a key, but picking at things now!!

We loved everything about the property! It had a real homely feeling, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The gym is well equipped and the pool is clean. It is a nice walk to the nearest beach and a slightly longer walk into town but no problem. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We would love to return and highly recommend.

Facilities are excellent , gorgeous pool and a spa , really clean . Quiet location and apartment nice and spacious . It felt like a real relaxing holiday even with the rain one day we still used the facilities which was great for our 14and 15year old , they also utilised gym , sauna and table tennis table .

It’s a bit out of town and you have to walk along the main road but there is nice a cafe along the strip . We walked in to Byron everyday but also had a car which is only a 5 min drive into town

Great location for getting into Byron (by car or bike) and a short walk to the beautiful beach. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Facilities at the resort were great for the family - pool, tennis court, games room, etc. Have stayed before and would happily stay there again.

The email with all the info/rules/check-in requirements upfront feels a little overwhelming but don't be put off - staff is friendly and resort is very laid back once you're there.

Spacious apartment which was perfect as we had some rainy days. The fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge and balcony made us feel right at home. Older property but tasteful decor. Enjoyed the pool onsite as well as the tennis court and games area. Handy parking under the apartment. Would absolutely stay again.

The bathrooms could do with a little update as we found one shower in particular quite weak in pressure and never enjoy a shower over bath.

Beautiful views, great house, lovely waking up hearing the waves from the beach. The pool and BBQ area were really lovely, better than they look in the photos. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen, great vibe. Loved the spa on the deck.

The east facing windows had no blinds, so waking up to the blinding sun was a bit harsh, but other than that, we had a great stay.

Fabulous apartment in the most amazing location. The walk to the beach is perfect, just 8 minutes and you are on the most glorious beach I’ve ever seen, wild and wonderful. Nature is all around sitting on the balcony, we didn’t want to leave.

The written communication is very officious, lots of threats to fine you for this and that - relax, most people have good intentions and know how to behave so be more welcoming.

The location is excellent. Very quiet but not far from Byron Bay centre. There are very nice walks to Tallow Beach and through the bush nearby. The facilities are very good and well maintained. We loved the pool, sauna and spa. The apartment is spacious with a good kitchen.

The couches were big, but a little too soft for our liking.

We stayed in the Lorikeet house. It has beautiful views and everything we needed was provided. The bed was comfortable, shower great and everything was very clean and tidy. It was very peaceful, listening to the birds and the ocean.

Everything was to our liking, although it would be better if the hot tub on the balcony has some sort of pergola covering it for when it rains.
