The location was very convenient - about 10 minutes walk from Reading train station and the RailAir bus to Heathrow airport. The apartment was in the centre of Reading - a good choice of eating places, supermarkets and other shops within easy walking distance. The instructions to get to the apartment, enter the apartment and get the apartment key were very detailed and clear. The kitchen / living area was large and well-equipped with a microwave and electric oven, large refrigerator / freezer. There was a washing machine / dryer in the apartment, a large bedroom with plenty of storage and a small safe. The bathroom was large with a large shower.

There is no lift which is normal in old buildings like these - but it should be mentioned in the description. There was no desk for working, just small tables which were only suitable for one person to eat snacks or drink coffee. There was only a large rain-shower head - I would have preferred to have a normal flexible shower head in addition. I was told the apartment would be cleaned on Friday (once a week was included for long stays). Housekeeping came on Wednesday, I told them I was expecting them to come on Friday. They went away and didn't clean the apartment on Friday. The communication needs to be improved between the apartment management and the housekeeping service. There was sometimes noise from the street outside late at night.

I had a fantastic stay at this service apartment. The communication from the host was excellent, and the check-in instructions were very clear and detailed, which made everything simple and stress-free. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything I needed—restaurants, transportation, and shops are all within close proximity. The apartment itself was spotless and well-kept, definitely the cleanest and best-maintained compared to other serviced apartments I’ve stayed at in the area. Overall, I highly recommend it and would stay here again

One small thing I noticed was the lack of tea/coffee bags , which are often provided in similar serviced apartments. Not a big issue, but would be a nice touch

The apartment itself was spacious, and being on the top floor, it was very quiet, which I appreciated. The space was clean to a decent extent, meeting basic expectations for cleanliness.

However, finding the location was a bit of a challenge as there was no clear label or signage. Additionally, there is no elevator, and reaching the apartment required climbing three flights of stairs—something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. The most disappointing aspect of the stay was the owner’s attitude—rude and not welcoming at all, which really impacted the experience. Overall, while the apartment was comfortable, the lack of hospitality and the challenges with access would make me reconsider staying here again.

First time visiting the UK. Reading was the perfect location to base ourselves. Convenient to trains to London and elsewhere. Reading itself is a great little city. This apartment was well situated in the centre of town. Close to facilities and the train station. Clean, comfortable and secure.

Nothing to dislike. We were on the third or fourth floor (not sure which) so carrying luggage up several flights of stairs upon our arrival, due to no elevator was a little inconvenient but I’d happily stay there again in a heartbeat.

- Location is great close to station and high street. - Nice decorated and fresh feeling - Not noisy depends where you get room but mine perfect - TV app pre-install and just work which is great. - all kitchen items - floor heating and general heating - Prices good hopefully not increase much in future

Few things like - high floor make it hard to drag luggage upstairs - some time issues openining front door but quickly sorted - no parking possible around the area easily

The cleanliness of the apartment, the location. The quick response by the managing team.

The heating in the living room was absolutely inefficient. The heater was working but for the size and the location in the living room, made the heater ineffective. Out of the 5 nights we spent around 3 in our bedrooms as the living room heater was ineffective. The maintenance team was contacted and they were prompt to address the issue. However the problem was not solved and I suggest to revisit the problem.

We have stayed here a few times previously. It is located in the city centre and is close to everything that you will possibly need. It is also around a 5 minute walk to the train station which is very convenient as I need the train to go to the office (and where the RailAir airport buses are that conveniently go from Reading to Heathrow airport). There was a boiler issue in the apartment, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and transferred us to an alternative room. Special thanks to Alessandra, Lucy, and Fernando who assisted us when there were questions. Thanks also to Ms. Anna who cleaned the apartment every week. The customer service in this property is brilliant.

No lift/ elevator, but otherwise, a great property to stay in.

Overall this is an excellent apartment in a great location. It is well equipped, clean and an excellent location for a business stay. Having previously stayed in various hotels in Reading, this apartment is a breath of fresh air. It has better facilities and a comfier bed than any of the similarly priced hotels that I have used.

The top floor apartment got very hot in the afternoon and the windows are limited to only open a crack, so ventilation was a problem.

everything is good except once you paid the deposit you have to call them hundred times and email them again and again but you won't get your money back. they don't have proper customer service which solves your problem everyone will say something different and refer you to some new email or phone number or just tell a lie. really disappointing

Location is good, close to everything. Nice and clean apartment.

A bit noise at night, no lift access so need to carry heavy luggage up. The shower drainage need to clear up water go too slow. shower room need a rack to put stuff, all the soap and shampoo need to put on the ground.
