Easy access to car park, very tidy, super clean, nice facilities and lovely welcome pack and notes on arrival, central and east walk to festival… good route. Cooling fans were vital and provided. Washing machine, dish washer, hair dryer, blackout blinds. Great communications. Security on door. Battery ran out in fire alarm at 6:15 am and although woke me, was sorted within an hour… brilliant host/support on a Sunday morning so early. Fast WiFi, lovely soap/shampoo/shower gel, perfect utensils and utilities so good for a long stay as well as a short city break and even a business stay. Deliveroo found us fast and easy ( we waited outside for fast hand over) as you’re near so many restaurants but cooking facilities are amazing in the flat. 20 minute wark to river/festival site.
Warm apartment, sun on all day, windows couldn’t be opened as it’s was noisy… the flat was front of building on very main road. Was noisy even with windows closed but big fans are provided. Just be aware it’s on a main city access route. Won’t put us off booking again as wasn’t a huge impact on our stay.

Great apartment with ample space, very good location, and close to central Reading. All facilities in the apartment with parking.
There was hardly any phone call to check if we arrived at the property or if we needed any support during our stay, but on the day of check-out, I got a call 20 minutes past the scheduled check-out time to inform me that I would be charged if I delayed any further. It's very strange that check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is 10 AM?!?!! Do u need 6 hours to change linen and clean a small apartment?. Anyways, I have charged 20 quid for the delay in checking out and also another 20 for small stains which the cleaners are meant to clean (that's what they're paid for). It's understandable if we are penalised for a stain that stays permanently, but for small stains, they charged us. But because the apartment was good, I didn't mind these charges.

The apartment was extremely clean , very comfortable , modern and very well kept , the extra little bits were very cute ( tea, coffee sugar, biscuits, sweets ) The staff was very efficient and friendly Location was great just a 10 minute walk to the town centre Would definitely stay again Worth every single penny
If I was to moan about anything it would be the car park spaces was limited and a tight squeeze and maybe you shouldn't have to pay extra to park your car in their private car park , it should come in with the price , having said this we didn't mind paying the 10 pound per night as the accommodation was so perfect

It was pretty central, spacious and clean. Appreciated the cold water, milk and cereals/biscuits. Parking was a plus point too and a fan in the bedroom ad the flat was hot.
Wifi only worked for a few hours then was impossible to join to. Although the parking was handy we were told could not book for the few hours before check in, as we arrived early, so we booked parking elsewhere, then they changed their mind on the day. The car park was empty too when we arrived! There was also no plugs near the mirror in the bedroom to dry your hair.

nice location closer to city center, responsive owner and supportive staff, good amenities within house, fully equipped kitchen all made for a perfect stay.
For a 2Bhk property, having only 1 washroom doesn’t help that too if a family of 3 is staying. could have been better if there were 2 washrooms or perhaps bath and toilet were separate.

very clean and tidy. big bathroom kitchen , bedroom are fantastic. it had all the items in correct condition. really like car park secure gate and waste bin are locked and so tidy. I have stayed many places and i can this one will one of top. Will recommend to my family and friends to use this apartment in the future when they come i ready. please keep the good work.
one draw back was the parking space as I had a peope carrie which was difficult to park if there were already other big car in this parking. however I am very happy that management sort this issue next day for me after speaking with Stephanie and she allocate me a correcr size space. one small thing I like to point there was strong smell of smoking on the lift.

Good sized two bed apartment. There is plenty of space to roam around. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, crockery, iron, ironing board, everything was available. 5 minutes walk to Reading West train stations. Many desi restaurants close by. Oracle Mall is just a 10-minute walk.
Management needs to regularly check and repair things. Like cooker only one burner was in working condition, remaining 3 are not working. The dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes properly. Few window blinds are stuck and not working. Iron is burned out and needs to be replaced. The cloth of the ironing board is to be replaced. You also have to remind the ptopery management multiple times to refund the deposit. There is no free parking and you have to pay £10 per day. You have to vacate the accommodation before 10AM. Otherwise, pay a fine of £10 per hour.

It was close to the town centre. The hosts are extremely likeable and personable and took the extra effort to meet with us after an unfortunate encounter. Cleanliness was up there and it is wonderful value for money
Everything about this place was lovely bar the aforementioned unfortunate encounter. We had an unpleasant run in with a glorified security guard that made it his mission to gate my family during my graduation ceremony due to an error made through no fault of our or the hosts.

Great facilities, with everything you needed away from home. Lovely extras such as dishwasher tablets, washing pods, milk, cereals and biscuits. The flat was spacious and felt homely but still modern. It was really warm and each room has heater floors, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your liking. It felt very safe with cctv in all communal areas and motion sensor lighting. The no noise at night rule meant the Appartments were quiet and felt safe. Location wise it’s situated close to the town centre and rail and bus links. Town is just a couple of minutes walk and it took me 10 minutes to walk to the main station. Plenty of restaurants near by and a handy Sainsbury’s local just 2 minute walk away which was great for my week stay. I believe there are larger supermarkets close too but this one served me well on my walk back to the flat
The property is situated in quite a busy area of town ( just off the Oxford road and IDR) so there is a bit of traffic noise, even with the windows shut. I didn’t hear it other than in the early hours when you would hear the odd cat or motorbike. However, I live in a semi rural location normally so this could just have been that I wasn’t used to hearing any traffic.

The furnishings were good quality and made good use of the space available.The team at Kennet were responsive to queries and the Maintenance team was quick to call by and resolve the minor issues as we familiarized ourselves with the equipment.
A grab rail and better extract in the bathroom would improve the safety and comfort. There is some morning road noise at the front so we slept with these windows closed
