The instructions for collecting the keys were easy and straight forward. Good parking, loved the property, comfortable bed and sofa. Lovely and clean, helpful staff. Overall enjoyed my stay, would stay again, would recommend.

The key cards did not work, so couldn't get into the property. Had issues contacting the correct SACO Team as the telephone numbers provided were for bookings. However, the person I spoke to was very helpful, took 30 mins before I could get into the property. The only other thing, it would be nice to have some oven dishes to use and only one baking tray. I also couldn't access the manuals for the appliances.

As I had booked 3 separate apartments, Ricky kindly managed to get us close together and met all requirements for us. He also kindly met us and showed us around. A nice warm welcome .. very much appreciated. In spite of the negatives which you asked for, we really did enjoy our stay .... and would highly recommend SACO to others.

In my apartment/house, the freezer section was so iced up it was impossible to open up/use. This also seemed to affect the top fridge which stayed cool (not cold) during our stay. The dishwasher possibly needed an overhaul, or maybe different pods. I was feeding 9 whilst staying there, and more than half the dishwasher contents had to be rewashed by hand each time. We did try different programmes & stacking differently .. still a problem. Not a worry when there's only a couple staying!

Great property, spacious and airy and bright. Location was also great, close to town and shops. Great host, Ricky exceeded our expectations. We were in quite late and he hung around and meet me at the top of the road, carried our cases, totally went above and beyond to ensure we were settled before he clocked off, awesome guy!!

Wardrobe doors in one room were defective and door handle came out in your hand, also no covers for sockets. We traveled with 2 and 1 year old so maybe something for the company to look into but on the whole we really enjoyed our stay and accommodation met our expectations.

Very quiet spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Beds were very comfortable, and lounge furniture was fine. Kitchen was fully equiped and the off street parking was very convenient too. Onsite managers were very friendly and helpful.

These are minor nits. The bedroom could have done with some drawer space. The living room furniture was functional and clean but not very comfortable. The shower was not the best, it was plenty hot but with not much flow.

The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The bedroom was especially large and it was great to have two bathrooms. The location was quiet and safe, although a little further from central Reading (about 20 mins walk) but it was very easy.

We had a little trouble with the check-in instructions as it was not clear which codes were to be input where. We ended up calling customer services and someone came down from the office to help us which was good but may have been difficult if we had a late check-in time.

I appreciate a spacious and airy room, particularly on sunny days. Preparing breakfast and enjoying it by the window in the morning sun would be delightful. The location is convenient, with shopping malls within easy walking distance.

Regarding this Victorian historical building, there is some noise when stepping on the floor in some places. But it's a minor issue for this wooden floor building structure.

Very easy to collect the key cards from a lock box.

Dishwasher didn't work. But this was minor inconvenience. Site host Ricky was very helpful in trying to troubleshoot. When that failed, he provided additional washing up supplies.

Excellent location, quite residential area with convenient parking space and view of a neat court yard, 10 to 15 minutes walk to the town centre. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. Two toilet/shower rooms. Adrian was very friendly and helpful during the communication.

We didn't realize the radiators were automatically turning on during the night at the end of May, while my son had no problem with it, it was a bit too warm for me to have a good sleep. In the smaller shower room, the shower head was broken and the extractor fan was too loud.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful and very well kept house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very large with all amenities. Very tastefully decorated and very charming staff. Late check-in was completely unproblematic and went smoothly. Big thanks to Ricky. The connection to the city center is comfortable and convenient. Perfect for excursions in and around Reading - onsite parking and easy access to buses were great advantages for our trip. Highly recommended and would love to return.

Excellent value. Lovely quiet location. Facilities excellent. No need to deal with management, but they went out of their way to make sure we were greeted and that everything was to our satisfaction. Free secure on-site parking is a rare bonus! Perfect location for business in London - just half an hour on the train - and convenient for the M4 for the ferry back.
