A beautiful, clean suite. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. A 10minute walk to the centre of Rockport. A truly beautiful property.

When I booked Addison Choate, I booked and paid because it was breakfast included. It was only when we arrived, there was a note to say they no longer include breakfast. There were vouchers supplied for a few eateries in town that offered a discount but it was a little dissapointing not to be notified beforehand as the breakfast had been included in the price. This would not stop me rebooking though as we loved the property and location.

Beautifully decorated rooms in a great location close to the centre of Rockport. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept so well here!

The only comment I have is that we booked a long time in advance, when breakfast was included in the room rate. They no longer offer breakfast, which was totally fine, but this wasn’t communicated to us before we arrived, despite this still clearly being stated on the room rate. There also weren’t any hangers in our room, would recommend bringing your own!

Beautiful room. Awesome location. Quiet. Parking on site. Great shower. Comfy bed. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast. I greatly appreciated that they had hard boiled eggs available. Good coffee. Would happily stay here again!

I think that they just didn't realize that 3 of is we're staying in the room even though we had booked it for 3 people. They only had two sets of towels and only ever gave us two sets of utensils in our breakfast. Also, this was not a problem for us but would be good to note there is 2 long sets of stairs to get to the room we were in.

Everything from the moment of arrival to the second we checked out was phenomenal. It has been a very long time since I received such a personalized approach at a stay. From being greeted by the owner, to being shown to our room and given a tour, to making sure we had everything we needed, to a personalized breakfast. Everything was incredible and the room was beyond what we expected.

Shower and bathroom overall could use a deep cleaning. Grout and sink had some barely noticeable pink-ish mold however it did not bother us with how great everything else was.

Beautiful room, we stayed in the crows nest, very comfortable bed, lots of little extras including coffee and water bottles. Location was very close to shops and restaurants. Marshall the owner is very helpful and personable. I would definitely return and stay again.

The two flights of steep stairs to the room were difficult with luggage but Marshall helped take them up. Breakfast was very tasty and convenient in a paper bag but for such an upscale inn I would have preferred the option a hot breakfast with eggs or oatmeal in the dining room.

We loved everything, the suite itself was very nicely decorated, the size of the suite was perfect, the location was great. Chocolate and wine for our anniversary were very special and such a sweet gesture. They even provided bathrobes. The kitchen had everything you may need during your stay. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Great location within walking distance to the center of Rockport and easy drive to parks and restaurants in Gloucester.

Breakfast is not the usual full hot breakfast we have experienced in inns. It is more "European style" with fruit, yogurt, pasties, meat, cheese and coffee that you pick up in the kitchen each morning. 2 of the rooms have king beds and lots of space but require walking up & down full staircases which might be a problem if you have joint problems or disability.

Very short walk into town. Our host was super nice and helpful. The space was clean and nicely outfitted.

the bathroom was really close to the bed. A bathroom exhaust fan would’ve been an improvement.

This charming, eclectic, boutique hotel was a delight! Located just a short walk from the Rockport downtown and beaches, the location was superb. I loved all the little touches throughout, including a breakfast to go customized for me as I checked out. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating (thanks, Nick!). And thank you for having Peet’s coffee stocked in the room. ☕️ 🤎 I would definitely recommend this property for a unique experience on the North Shore.

Nothing. The only thing I would say is that if a guest has mobility issues, request a room on the first floor. The narrow, winding staircase might be difficult to navigate.

A beautiful property, everything was perfect, the owner and staff were extremely accommodating. We stayed in 2 of the rooms as we liked it so much we stayed an extra night.
