We really liked our apartment over looking the pool .Victor the pool lifeguard was always very helpful and very nice to everyone. Loved the pool area! Breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from. We liked the personalised wats app messages from Francesca at reception before we arrived and during our stay ,we felt they genuinely cared that we were enjoying our stay. The only advice i would give to the hotel is at the pool patio bar between say 13:00 15:00 there should be two people manning the bar one cooking and one serving. But there is no question we will be back there, ,in fact we are going back in mid March and we can not wait 😀 Our experience was 5***** Thanks to Bianca and all the team. Ciaran & Aisling 👐🍹😎😊

The room was quite large. Two bedrooms and a kitchen with a living room. Two bathrooms. The girls at reception were very friendly, always helpful. If you need to call a cab, you go to the reception and in 2 minutes the cab is already waiting for you at the entrance. I liked that there is a store with groceries nearby, from the hotel there is a discount. Breakfast was included and was in the neighboring Hollywood mirage, good variety of dishes. In our hotel the pool worked until 19:00, but you can go to a neighboring there it worked until 20:00. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby.A free shuttle bus runs from the hotel to the beach. The air conditioning in the room was working.

Cleaning for 9 days was only 2 times, taking out the trash, changing towels and making the bed. We were told about this at reception, but would like more frequent cleaning. The hotel is located on a mountain, so the descent to the sea where he is 20 minutes, but the climb is very hard, it is better to call a cab costs about 5€.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were upgraded to a room with a pool complimenatary, view due to availability. They use a whatsapp messaging service so you can contact reception any time even if you are not at the property, which is a great idea. The rooms were clean and a good size. A big pool which my daughter spent half of our holiday in. The buffet at the neighbouring hotel was well stocked and resonably priced, with a good selection.

It is located on the top of a big hill so walkin up there is no joke!!……however the hotel run free buses to the beach every hour so it really wasnt a problem……also there are an abundance of e-scooters for hire around the island to get around this too.

We were a family of five. 2 adults and 3 teenagers and stayed at the hotel from Christmas Eve to New years Eve. We had 2 apartments and when I booked earlier in the year I requested the apartments to be side by side if possible. The management honoured my request and we got 2 very comfortable and clean apartments. The kitchen in the apartments is ideal and has all the necessary utensils. All the staff in the hotel are very courteous and extremely helpful and the ladies in reception are always smiling and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The hotel is linked with its sister hotel (Hollywood Mirage) and between the two hotels its like a big complex with security day and night. There is a supermarket on the complex which closes at 10pm. There are three pools available to all guests, one in the Beverley Hills Heights and 2 in the Hollywood Mirage. We slept very well at night as it gets nice and quiet. The hotel is at the top of a hill and has a free shuttle bus running every hour to take you to the strip or it is about a 15 minute walk to Los Cristianos strip. The Bella Roma restaurant across from the hotel is a nice place to eat as well. I would highly recommend this hotel (complex) if you are looking for , cleanliness, location, food, comfort, friendly staff. This was our first time staying at this hotel, we had a great holiday and we look forward to returning there again. Happy New Year (2025) to all at Beverley Hill Heights

- Friendly, welcoming, attentive staff - Apartment with a pool view - Spacious apartment with more than one bathroom - Amazing singer providing entertainment on one of the afternoons - Air conditioning/ fan in bedroom was appreciated - Love the live entertainment at the affiliated resort next door and at the Pasarella centre and nearby bars -Location- at the edge of Los Cristianos. The walk up and down the hill into the town is exercise that we need after all the eating we do on holiday :)

- Not great soundproofing. e.g. can hear neighbours' chairs scraping across the floor. - WiFi only available in certain parts of the accommodation

The accommodation was great. Vincent the lifeguard was very kind, helpful and fun. The facilities were clean and nice.

The breakfast, although a big selection, was not very nice. The quality of eggs and sausages and pastries wasn't good. A lot of times the hot food was cold. The staff in the restaurant always seemed stressed and overwhelmed.

Pool temperature +27-+28 (in March when outside was +20-25), kids stay in water and dint' get out :) Amazing Life Gard, really did his job with attitude and fun (kids love him)! Comfortable beds, near grocery shops (one small even in hotel territory), the staff really kind and helpful. Shuttle bus every hour to the Las Americas (free of charge).

Food - big variety but still not tasty. Pool rules - you allowed to play ball in pool only 12:00 - 16:00. We get two rooms with no view (paid for balcony view), instead we receive view on bar (people siting in bar, drink beer in front of your balcony, next to it), so no privacy at all. Bad luck. In one room was cucaracha (but staff clean it and insects did not come again).

Beautiful views Lovely spacious apartment. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to have time together and chill apart. Was impressed to find 3 outdoor terraces. Upper terrace had nice view - good for photos. Pool pleasant. Lifeguards good fun and engaging. Pleased to see the free use of inflatables for kids to enjoy. Plenty of sun beds and double sun beds were a treat: Pool table was a bonus and passed some time having a game. Good to see football showing at bar area in the evening. Nice and quiet to watch matches if not keen on busy pubs. Two bathrooms was ideal for our family. Kitchen small but ample - dining table a bonus.

Liked it all - only slight negative would be the location. Fantastic for views and had plenty round about it (meals, pubs and shops). The hill is a difficult climb and I’m young! Hotel do put on a free bus to town for guests that runs every hour though.

The entire complex is just fantastic. We like to get out and discover during our holidays but it has been a pleasure to come home to such accommodation. I would rate this hotel with five out of five stars and can highly recommend it.

Silly holiday makers blocking the sun lounges with their towels. The bar at the pool needs to open earlier in the mornings.

Hotel location is far from noisy centre. Room/suite was quite big, equipped with all needed tools. It was easy to find a parking place around hotel if you rented a car. There is a bus from hotel to the beach. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for families.
