I loved the view! There was even a light shining over the ocean so I could still see the tide coming in after dark. I really enjoyed that! I liked the room decorations and it seems like every room is decorated differently. I liked that they offered ear plugs in case any noises bothered you. I also liked that I did not need them! I liked that the room was clean. I liked that it had a kitchenette complete with stove top, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishes. I liked that the bed was comfortable. I liked that the water pressure in the shower was strong and stayed an even temperature throughout my shower.

I didn’t like that the toilet overflowed in the first room we were in for no good reason. They moved us to another room and it had no issues.

Pristine heated outdoor pool surrounded by roses and greenery. Gorgeous fresh flowering hanging baskets. Oceanfront rooms, steps from the beach, great views of the water. Comfy bed, cozy fireplace, good pillows. Kitchenette. Clean bathroom. Quiet area, away from the chaos and tourist crush in town. Fun to watch fishermen, surfers, and beachcombers. Excellent restaurants are within an easy drive of the hotel. Charming host Shane welcomed us with superb customer service.

Not a thing. Everything was great. I recommend folks book ahead, because this place is popular.

Miriam greeted us at check-in. Very personable and professional. She was very through in orientation. Parking was fine. The room was on the first floor, with a terrace overlooking the beach. The room itself was nice, and I love a nice hot shower! We traveled with our 2 dogs, and they provided a "pet basket," which had a towel for drying and pet sheets for the furniture.

The walls are thin, and you could hear your neighbors. TV was also loud. This disappeared once "quiet time" kicked it. Management does provide earplugs, so they most likely are aware.

VIEW! VIEW!! VIEW!!! Our room (almost all rooms) had sliding glass doors and a balcony looking out at the ocean - the property is right on the water (a very rocky, not sandy beach). It is a unique view, as it is looking from the side at the waves (the waves go left to right) rather than seeing them coming straight on into the beach. There were surfers to watch every morning! The property has been around for awhile. It was originally built as a hotel. Now, each unit is an individually owned condo, but it is operated like a hotel with an office to check in at, regular housekeeping service, etc. It seems like the best of both worlds! Our room was not fancy, but was comfortable and way more than adequate. Our "kitchenette" was tiny, but also adequate for our purposes (reheating food that we broughtre was a tiny). There was a 2 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, a drip coffee pot, and basic dishes, glasses, mugs, and utensils. A delicious local dark roast coffee was provided! Different units would have different decor and different amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

What could have been better? If we could have stayed longer! It didn't matter to us, but to note is that while right on the water, it is NOT a sandy beach - it is rocky to the water's edge. Also, while it IS walkable to the city center of Seaside, it is quite a bit of a walk. Almost all of it is along the "Prom" so it's a pleasant walk.

We had a ground floor studio and we did not have any obstruction to an ocean view. It was wonderful. This property is great for walkers - easy to walk to the prom and back. The bed was really comfortable. The staff at check in and checkout were really friendly.

The bathroom was really worn out. Needs some basic fixes. The hot water ran out before I could even fill the tub while in it at 9 am and no other water running in the unit. It would be nice to have some better seating outside on the patio. Two cheap plastic chairs.

Facing the ocean, the location was unbeatable. The decor was very cute, and there was plenty of ocean facing seating, and lots of blankets to keep warm. The room was clean, tidy, and had a stovetop, toaster, microwave, and variety of cooking utensils available to use.

We couldn't figure out how to use the shower for a bit and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. There wasn't very much lighting, either. To be fair, the last two are pretty standard for 2-star hotels, and are to be expected.

We stayed in room 22, it was nice and cozy, with a sofa, dining table and cooking facilities. Clean and comfortable. Front desk was friendly, and I liked the saltwater taffy treats at reception!

Overall we had a great stay. We didn't have a hair dryer, which, considering all the other amenities we had, was kind of surprising. Not a big deal, but would've been nice to have. The walls are very thin, so even if you have quiet guests, you can hear them walking in the room above (floor sounded creaky). So may be a problem for light sleepers.

The location & view was absolutely beautiful! The room was clean & big, with a kitchen and cookware included! There were wine glasses in the cupboard for us to enjoy a bottle that we'd been saving for a couple of years for a recent celebratory event for us! Our favorite thing was the sliding door that led us right outside to an oceanfront view, which was amazing! There was also a table right in that area that we could enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal if we wanted! There were three firepits available for us to use, which we thought was really cool! Last but not least, everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful! We can't wait to make another trip back!!!

The location was amazing, and the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly.

The soundproofing for the room above was poor. The floorboards creaked. The people in that room woke up at 5.30am and paced the room until 6.50am. Why they had to walk so much I don’t know, but they didn’t stop walking for all that time.
