The check-in and overall the front desk staff were wonderful. We received a warm reception and they were continually smiling each time we interacted, giving us a terrific recommendation for lunch. Also, importantly, the beds were very comfortable and our room appeared to be as clean as we would have hoped.

I didn't think that breakfast was a value and the breakfast staff was a little rude when I asked them to refill the coffee containers. For $20, the breakfast didn't seem much better than the typical free breakfast at a lesser priced hotel.

The location was pretty amazing. You get to be part of the Atlanta skyline overlooking the highway. Wish we could have used the 5th floor roof pool but it was too cold. Stayed in the same hotel as our fellow athletes so that was fun.

Valet parking was mandatory and expensive. The cost was unexpected and added to the bill. It took some getting used to. Also, one of the elevators was not working. Most everything else met our requirements.

The Hilton Garden Inn held my 200.00 deposit for 10 days i got the run around everytime i called i had to contact the BBB..

Breakfast was great. I am gluten intolerant and the staff made special efforts to prepare my meal to my specifications. Loved the valet parking. Sent text & by the time we got to the lobby our vehicle was ready. Staff very friendly, polite and a pleasure to know.

The location was ok. There was a Marta station fairly close. It was an easy walk. Several restaurants close by as well.

There was a bit of construction out front of the hotel which made navigating a bit difficult. There was no signage to let you the loading/unloading area was through a garage door. It just said parking which was miss leading.

Good value for money, great location, very friendly staff, and decent gym.

The AC unit said "use the controller on the wall" but the latter did not work. Luckily the AC unit could be controlled from its own panel, so my room was at desired temperature.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, proper blinds, so room can be pitch dark if you need a good sleep, plenty of power outlets, not far from a convenience store and from a metro station, close to Midtown and to the park, well-working Wi-Fi.

When local friends wanted to meet me in my hotel, there wasn't anywhere nearby to park conveniently.

Location near the interstate from the airport is good. The room was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of choice and the staff who supervised it were friendly and helpful.

Parking at 50 dollars a night is rather expensive.

Didn’t have the proper bedding for my party or towels had to go to the front desk to get them they have us enough for two people we had 6 people 3 adults two teenagers and a toddler

Front desk staff is exceptional.... Parking is more expensive than in other cities.... Location was wonderful.
