Honestly, for the price you're paying this hotel is amazing. Great staff they are super helpful

Though not in the city centre of Munich its location next to a train station and only around 25mins away from Marinplatz , with a supermarket nearby plus also a couple of cafeterias also few metres away, it makes it perfect location

The bar is run by third country nationals who always want to charge more than they suppose too and also also try and give the wrong change, a great hotel like this shouldn't have these type of people working with it

Everything about this hotel was fantastic, we have truly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, the parking space we were provided with was safe & convenient. The staff at the property were super brilliant, especially Mr. Till who goes above and beyond in assisting his guests, he took a lot of interest in telling us what all things can be done in Munich and the passion with which he was seen doing that was appreciable. Truly someone who meant for customer service. The location was equally good too, underground train station was right next to the hotel which connects to all important points. Last by no means least, all staffs at the bar/restaurant was equally good too and the food was tasty. A place truly recommended to all who comes to Munich.

Great location, good parking, great lobby bar with draft beer

Perfect strategic location: train station (S-Bahn) and underground station (U-Bahn) are literally across the street, providing direct and rapid connections to both the airport and city centre (incl. Messe/expo at the other end of the same underground line). All the facilities, services and cleanliness up to the best standard.

A/C in the room although functional, but not really effective (event at the lowest setting it was only blowing a mild breeze which was not really cold at all). Had to resort to open window, which lead to some noise in the morning. Due to a relatively small restaurant, it gets rather busy at breakfast time. At peak times kitchen and/or waiters do not keep up with the demand so you may need to wait a while to get desired dishes to be refilled.

The staff was really helpful! They answered our emails fast and kept our suitcases for a few hours since we arrived early without any issues. They were also kind during our stay. The location was amazing, there is a Rewe, a U-Bahn and S-Bahn stop just some steps away from the hotel. Additionally there is an Aldi around the corner. Sound isolation was also fine. Se had no issues.

The only weird thing was that our room had a characteristic smell when we got in. We kept the window open for a few minutes and it was gone.

Very convenient position at a quiet suburb of Munich just by the U-Bahn and S-bahn, 2 supermarkets and some cafés and restaurants nearby. Comfortable rooms, essential amenities but it had overall everything we needed for our short stay.

The thermostat in the rooms and common spaces was attuned at a quite high temperature so we woke up in the middle of the night because it was too warm. Something that can be easily fixed because we still prefer being warm than being cold :) but we forgot to mention to the reception.

The location is directly at a subway and bus stop which is as comfortable as it gets. The lift directly ends on the other side of the street of the hotel so even for disabled people it's amazingly easy to reach. I had a heavy suitcase so I was happy about that, too. Rooms are comfy. Hotel staff found a charger for my phone because I forgot mine. That was super helpful. He charged my phone while we went for dinner right at reception. The staff is always a bit confused when trying to get an invoice but it works out in the end. They are always very friendly.

At night my water was cooking hot, cold water was completely missing. When I turned to cold side no water came out. Luckily, the issue was solved in the morning. The room rates change a lot so I paid for an extra night one third more than the app showed to me ten minutes later. Had the same issue last time and there is no possibility to change to the lower rate obviously.
