Good position, close to small commercial area with restaurants, cinema, carrefour. Clean hotel, secure locked parking at night, room clean & comfortable, nice big shower, air-conditioning. Was great to have in room facilities of a microwave, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities.

The mattress on the child's bed in our room was a little lumpy where you could feel some of the springs.

I would not recommend the hotel if you want to go out for dinner in the evening. The hotel is located far from the city center and therefore you need to use a car.

The people were very nice and easy to work with. It was a quiet room and was also very clean.

There were not nearly enough electrical outlets in the room, and none were by the bed. In order to plug in my CPAP breathing machine (as well as my laptop computer, phone charger, and hearing aid charger -- not to mention my wife's phone charger and tablet) I had to run two extension cords (which fortunately I travel with) across the room. Unfortunately this was enough to cross this off my list of places to stay again.

It was easy to find and had good parking. I felt quite happy leaving my motorbike there in the private car park. We had a triple room which was quite snug but the bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep.

The bathroom was poorly lit and the breakfast room wasn't big enough for the number of guests trying to use it.

Charging the electric car: no info available at the reception, long registration process for a provider I will probably never use again. Cost was per minute of connection, I should have woken up at 2 a.m. to disconnect. I expected a charger and a flat fee or paying directly at the reception (without an occupation fee, that in an hotel, overnight is totally inconvenient). Finally I had just a quick refill, to reach a more serious operator.

It is a nice stay, confortable bed and all the necessary things for a night.

The hotel is outside Carcassone and the only way to town is by Taxi, there is no public transportation to the hotel. If you are doing the Canal du midi, it's complicated. Continental Breakfast nothing special and expensive. There is a nice bakery across from the hotel and an Aldi supermarket right by it which we recommend.

The room was of an excellent size. The bed was very comfortable. Everything looked clean. The wifi was very good. Plenty of parking space with no extra cost. There are also some shops nearby if you need to stock up on provisions or want a fresh morning coffee with patisserie.

Driving up to the hotel in the dark was a bit confusing, but I got there.

Not easy to find hotel for me

This hotel was on the outskirts of Carcassonne. It was a good stay and had the facilities we needed. It had on-site parking. The room was a reasonable size.

The location was in a fairly industrial part, so not great. We had an issue with being charged twice which took a bit to sort but it was refunded before we left.

Very well located if you come by car, free onsite parking, comfortable and clean facilities. Friendly staff
