The breakfast was fine, I love scrambled eggs. (That's not a sarcastic remark, I really do.) The location worked well, as it's very close to the people I was visiting. It's quiet.

The coffee was...was...was, well, thankfully I had options. May I suggest washing the apples before setting them out? The exercise room sure could use weights, maybe a jump rope.

Clean and comfortable, the front desk clerk (Joanna) was great. Breakfast was more than expected the breakfast room was very clean.room was excellent, very large and comfortable I will stay here again

Very good breakfast, small gym, room has air conditioning and heating, microwave and refrigerator, spacious room, free parking, close to the highways

honestly only that they used Fabuloso to clean the room instead of Pine-Sol personally I just don’t like the smell of Fabuloso

The property was well kept, clean and modern. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

I was happy to get a room away from the street, but there was still some road noise.

Good location, felt safe. Rooms are older but decent. Front desk staff were friendly. Price was a little too high for this hotel.

Selection of breakfast foods was limited. Waffle mix was watery and didn’t make good waffles. Attendant complained when she had to refill milk. Wish there was fresh brewed coffe, not concentrate

My boyfriend and I stayed here for an early anniversary trip and it was a lovely room with a very comfortable Queen Bed. At one point we had called for towels and they showed up within minutes! Excellent service, staff, breakfast, and an all around lovely stay. Definitely would stay here again on future trips to Santa Cruz!

The road traffic was a little loud , but that's to be expected because it's right next to the freeway entrances off the main drag.

Breakfast was very good value for price

Room had a bit of musty smell. (almost like it had smoke in room that cleaning products tried to cover up.) Bedding was wrinkled but bed was very comfortable.

Wish the shower had a door or even something to block the water from getting out of the shower
