Staff were good. Welcoming and friendly. Beds very comfy

When I made the booking it stated breakfast cluded but I saw no mention of it being in a box. The boxes are fine, it is a budget hotel, however the pain au chocolates were squashed flat, the flapjack was soggy and the juice didn’t taste quite right- metallic. Could I make a suggestion, could you offer small choices for the content? Maybe have a fridge and give five choices from a display? Water or juice, a yoghurt (long life), bags of fruit, cereal but keep the milk in the fridge, long life milk is awful warm. Just a thought

Staff were very helpful. I had pre booked breakfast in a box. Unfortunately the delivery hadn't arrived. Receptionist was very apologetic and explained I will be refunded the cost. This wasn't a problem for me because there are several places to eat locally. The accommodation is basic but very clean. Bed was comfortable. Room has tea and coffee making facilities (if you run out, there is more available opposite reception) Spare towels, pillows and a hairdryer in the room. Flat screen TV with remote.(I didn't switch it on, my choice) Plenty of car parking available. Value for money? Yes. I would stay here again.

Helpful pleasant staff, 24 hour coverage. Free refreshments in room with kettle, more available by reception if required. Clean and comfortable room with on suite bathroom shower etc.

We always take a multi plug adapter only two mains plugs in room one for the TV, the other the kettle, can be a pain if you want to plug in your radio alarm, laptop and charge your phone. Some rooms do have upgraded mains sockets with integral USB sockets, not all. The soap dispenser by the bathroom sink ran out during our visit. It was only one night so just used the shower dispenser.

The days inn is ideally situated alongside the highway, but surprisingly quiet, for a quick stop while driving through England. The room was spacious, and clean, and the value for money was excellent for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was quite light, and came in to go boxes. It would have been better to know what to expect in advance. Also, there was a flickering light in the hallway which was a bit agressive. But otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Large clean room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, pillows could be better. Smelt nice and clean throughout. Great location, broke up a long journey home. Next to services with starbucks, burger king, subway and whsmiths. 2 lovely ladies on reception when we arrived. Dog friendly Plenty of parking We would stay again but will ask for a room upstairs.

Walls are paperthin Late arrivals in the room above (11.45pm) woke us up, letting kids run round the room and tv on till early hours. Not what we needed when facing a long drive the next day. Late check ins are ok but surely its common sense to arrive quietly which this family didnt do. I did go to reception around midnight and was informed that on arriving they needed an extra bed in the room, so the receptionist was in the room with them with the children running round like lunatics, not sure why she thought that was acceptable and didnt ask for them to quieten down. They obviously arent aware quite how much sound carries through the rooms as this is an old building in need of some maintenance. We would stay again but on the upper floor to avoid the same issue.

Well appointed room, TV, tea and coffee, kettle, on suite, even tissues, liquid soap/shower gell, hairdryer and towels. Very helpful staff, 24 hours at front desk. The parking is adjacent to the accommodation. Near to the motorway and a major retail outlet, Sainsbury's and cinema complex with plenty of parking.

Take a multiplug extension lead, the power outlets x3 are used for hairdryer, TV and kettle. A phone charger is a must although some rooms do have an extra power outlet and a built in USB socket but not all.

Free tea coffee Towels shower gel liquid soap, even tissues. Kettle, cups, hair drier parking free next to building. Even recycling bins in foyer. Electric heater in room very hot when you figure out the dial direction.

The TV screen was a bit small, older Philips make. The Channel guide was a challenge but that aside it worked fine. Shower floor slippy, we used towel as bath mat. Take a multiplug extension and phone charger, some rooms have upgraded spare sockets with USB, exception not rule.

Really quiet, considering it's next to the motorway. Spotlessly clean. Room looked newly painted. Lots of tea and coffee provided in room. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. We were given the room we requested. Staff on desk really lovely and friendly and welcoming. Situated right next to McArthur Glen retail park. Always stop at this hotel when travelling on holiday in Wales. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The room and size was excellent and self service coffee/ Tea facility great/ electric kettle/ hair drier great. Hotel location good and heating excellent. Some members of staff really nice and accomodating

Firstly they didn’t clean and change the bedding when asked after the 3 night nor the 4th night, I had to complain strongly to get the room cleaned on the 5thDay. When checking out I requested a 1hr extension From 11:00 am to 12:00 midday and was flatly being refused. No consideration at all after the burial of my wife the day before. The reason I requested the extra time was my visit to South Wales was to bury My vice on the 19th and wanted to visit the grave 30mins away from the Hotel on the 20th before leaving Wales back to Essex and on the 28/9 of December driving back to Spain over 2,500 km.

How pleasant and helpful the reception staff was. And so handy with local knowledge of where to find a great place for an evening meal.

The bed was so comfortable . And a real tidy room Maybe as adding suggestions, some lactose free oat milk sachets. In the bedrooms . Being lactose intolerant to dairy milk. Myself. It would have been really nice. To have been able to make myself an enjoyable everyone , morning Coffee . Equally, not everyone has a tolerance to dairy milk.
